"A few weeks ago, they gave me a stale piece of pumpkin cake and I had to walk back there to request a fresh one. Today, I ordered a vegan burrito which I 've ordered before and usually comes out pretty quickly. The cashier and barista are both very rude, unprofessional. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing the cashier take care of 3 people before she decides to put the burrito in the microwave. Instead of apologizing and saying she forgot she looks at me and says in a passive aggressive way, Your burrito is on its way, sir. Then when the burrito is ready, she takes it out and places it next to the microwave but doesn 't give it to me. She goes and takes care of another customer. She says to me, Your burrito is there, sir. . Uh ok can you just hand it me, please? I asked the barista who was right in front of it. She replied, No, I 'm doing something . At this point both the cashier and barista were giggling at each other. I finally took it upon myself to go behind the counter and take it myself. I should have taken back the dollar I put in the tip jar but I didn 't. Gregory 's just lost a regular customer. To Erin: thank you for your oh so heartwarming cut paste response that I see you give everybody who posts a one-star review but I don 't see you addressing the issue that your morning staff, at the very least, need to be retrained. I will not return."
