"One would think with all the competition between 20,000 coffee joints in Manhattan, customer service would be your focus. I often frequent Gregory 's Coffee because I like their coffee, but this one location I will never visit again. I enter this morning and the place is empty. Three females are chatting behind the counter. I approach and they all turn to look at me silently. As if I am interrupting them. No one says good morning or how can I help you , only silent stares. I say good morning and places my order, which contains oat milk. A petite female with glasses, in the group, looks annoyed and blurts out I don 't have oat milk . I would have easily switched to something else, but she was so nasty, I said no thank you and walked out. Good luck keeping customers with that mentality."

Gregory's Coffee is one of our go-to places when we would like a cup of refreshing coffee in the afternoon. The decor is simple, cozy, and perfect as a spot to get rest.We got 2 hot lattes to go and the staff served us very quickly and friendly. Their coffee is not the best in our opinion but pretty decent with reasonable price.

I've been a fan of Gregory's Coffee for a long time and it's always been a great spot for great coffee and delicious pastries. (These are really good)This location on Broadway was always convenient for me when I previously worked nearby. The place never gets super crowded, so I knew I could always come in and grab some good drinks and pastries. The Gregory staff have always been super friendly, inviting and professional at all their locations. A refreshing change of pace from some of the larger coffee chains in the NYC area. Highly recommend.
