"I called to ask about the painting on the side of the building and they called me back telling me not to prank call. I suppose the nice lady there did not understand. The artwork is pretty cool but flawed. It depicts arms holding out food and drink as though to hand it to you as you drive by problem is the hole is only slightly larger than the arm so my first thought when I saw it was that's pretty cool but how did they get the items out through the hole? So what it looks like is someone stuck their arm out another person drove by and handed them something and now they're stuck there holding it! Sorry to post here but you told me not to call back"

"Excellent! The cinnamon pecans are amazing, and the service is top-notch. The woman behind the counter is incredibly friendly and patient, especially when it comes to letting us sample. We bought some treats and enjoyed them while exploring the city, and they were fantastic. When we returned to the car, we decided to go back in and get more fudge for the road. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed at the hotel for a work function. The hotel doesn't have the best signage on the street so it is easy to pass by if you're not really looking. The lobby was pleasant and very modern. The front desk staff were helpful. I was able to check in and go right to my room, but they do offer baggage storage if your room is not quite ready. The lobby/bar area is fun and was crowded most evenings. The rooms were pretty funky. Lots of glass in the rooms. The lights are controlled by buttons on the walls. The bathroom has the tallest shower curtain I've ever seen and it's made out of chains. There is a mini bar available. The room was actually a decent size for NY standards. I had a large bed, a big window and the bathroom was good sized. Since I was there for a work function, I ended up needing to print a few things and they do not have a business center. I was surprised by that, but the front desk staff were helpful and printed it for me. My one complaint was that my lights were not working properly. They would go on and off throughout my two day stay at random. Wasn't great to have the lights go out in the middle of my shower. I reached out to the front desk twice about it. The first time they sent a maintenance staff up to look at it and he couldn't fix it. The second time I'm not sure anyone came up. Thankfully there were two lamps (desk lamps) that did not operate off the main lighting system so I wasn't completely in the dark."

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant; the staff was unfriendly. I placed an order, and the app indicated that my food had been delivered, but I couldn't find it anywhere. When I called to report the issue, they hung up on me. I called seven times before they finally answered again, only to hang up on me once more. Fortunately, I ordered through the Slice app, and they resolved the issue, unlike the employees at this restaurant, who were completely rude. I will never order from here again."

"We love Palm Springs, perfect place to come with the children and vacation. Or without her! Holidays are for relaxation, and we tend to meet the ground, no matter where we go. When we get to Palm Springs, we can just relax. Here, OMG! You have to come here at least once. Life is for experiencing, and Monster Shakes is one you must have! Great atmosphere, comfortable, clean and very welcoming. They have a huge screen that flashes their current special drinks, you will only look around salivate. Big spin on milkshakes, love the idea and creativity. All three children got an amazing drink that they could then (it was 110) and later enjoy the second half of the hotel freezer. Too far, worth the price. Has a great idea, in a great place that targets a unique and tasteful customer base!"

"When I inquired about the reason for this decision, I was told that I had guests visiting on Sunday who allegedly entered without paying, and that their children had caused a mess and been disruptive. I was told that other patrons in nearby cabanas were complaining about the situation. I attempted to clarify that this could not have been me, as I was actually several hours away in upstate New York. On Monday, I did bring in guests, but they were older adults who certainly didn't cause any mess or noise. It was clear to me that there had been a mix-up regarding my identity. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to explain the situation, they refused to listen. To my disbelief, they even threatened to involve the police. Ironically, when those guests return this season, it will be obvious that the complaints were not about me at all, but rather a case of mistaken identity. A simple conversation could have cleared up this misunderstanding, but sadly, they chose not to hear my side of the story."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time today and wasn't sure what to expect in terms of food quality, but I thought, why not give it a try? I ordered a burger and loaded fries, and I could tell that the meal was prepared with care rather than just being thrown together haphazardly. While it's not exactly comparable to a Gordon Ramsay burger joint, if you're looking for tasty food at a great price, this is definitely the spot. It's a nice place to stop by with the kids on your way to the park. The staff was also very friendly and even assisted me with my order since I wasn't familiar with the menu. Overall, a positive experience!"

"this place was really great. They have lots and lots of chocolate. Basically anything you could think of, they can make it out of chocolate and sweets. They have chocolate, candy, sugar, lollipops, custom M M's, cakes, pies, cookies. Everything the store is jam-packed. They will make you anything Customs. They make their own chocolate right up front, you can see them do it. They have large display cases of very fancy chocolates, and also have tables of Cheaper, basic chocolate. Any kind you want. they have lots of examples of Custom Cakes designs, as well as favors for weddings, parties, work events, Etc. the people working there were also very friendly. We brought our kids, and they were happy to kind of show them around the place."
