"Our family stayed for a week in this hotel and had fairly good experience. The location is great as it is with walkable distance to subway. It's also very close to Chelsea market with lots of dining options. There are also several restaurants from different cuisines (Asian, American, etc). The hotel is very modern with NFT decorations on the wall modern arts all over the lobby. We booked 2 different rooms as we added a night due to change of plan. For 1st night, we booked a queen room but the receptionist manager (Mr. Irtiza) was very kind to upgrade our room to king sized one. The room was on the 5th floor that was accessed via the front elevators. It was pretty small (but I guess it's quite customary in New York). The room has very modern decorations bathroom. When we stayed on Saturday night, the room was super noisy. We could hear the sound from the night club next door and lots of honking and people shouting at midnight. Fortunately, we only stayed for a night. Our second room (that we stayed for almost a week) was a king sized bed with larger square footage. It was on 6th floor via the back elevator of the building. It has big round windows overlooking Empire State building The Edge. This larger room was more comfortable for our family as we still had space after putting our big luggages. The bed was a bit soft for us but we managed to get a good sleep. This room was quieter but we could still hear some sound from the night club on Sunday Friday night (not as bad as the previous room). The reception staffs were friendly, especially Mr. Irtiza (the manager) who always greeted us when we passed by. The house keeper was courteous and cleaned the room very well. Our experience was more like 3.5 stars (due to the noise also extra resort fee). Otherwise, the hotel staffs were good."

Chris and staff ushered a high level of hospitality that created an amazing experience for myself and guests. 5 stars.

Good space but they clearly do not enforce the No Smoking rule.... No one stopped several people from smoking all afternoon and it ruins the pool for everyone else. Will not be back.

The food suggestions did not pan out. The manager Chris got upset when the food was sent back; didn't appreciate the approach with asking me about the food sent back when there was indeed more food on the table that I did appreciate!! View menu

Loud, noisy hotel with a surprise $150/day activity fee. The music blares all day long from the lobby, pool, and night club and carries to the rooms. It is impossible to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are small and lack basic amenities such as a coffee maker, water, glasses, outlets by the bed, wash clothes. My room wasn't cleaned for 3 days! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Don’t go to this place. At check in, we were charged and additional $50 “facility fee” in addition to the quoted rate. I asked what facilities they had. He said, a bar. I asked if the drinks were therefore included. He said, of course not. They highlight “night life” at this location. The only night life we were treated to was the knock down drag out fight the couple in the next room had from 3 to 3:45 am. I think he left then. The $290 room cost us $405. Even the water in the room came at an additional fee. Rip off.

The hotel location is just on the outskirts of the Chelsea area in Manhattan. Overall the vibe here is very cool and lots of younger people here. When I walked in the check in the lobby was going off with some sort of party and people were having a good time, no big deal, But the lobby often has parties going on it seems. Check in was quick and I was directly to the 2nd tower where my room would be. The room itself was really nice, clean and modern, I did find some broken glass in my carpet, but i can deal with it. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good and I enjoyed the view from my room. I was on a higher floor and the only issue with that, though it did not effect me, was I could... View menu

What the facilities lack, the staff makes up for and then some. I first stayed in a queen room that was TINY and felt almost clinical, like a fancy hospital room with way too many mirrors. The door to the bathroom is incredibly heavy. Some things you'd expect in a 4.5 star hotel were oddly absent, like an ice bucket and clean drinking glasses. However when I called the front desk inquiring about finding ice, I was brought an entire bucket of shaved ice and a champagne flute. Shaved ice is always amazing. The next night (tonight) I moved to the king room. So far much better feeling in the room. The front desk made sure to change the room from the top floor to a lower floor, as they said it wo...

Stayed at the hotel for a work function. The hotel doesn't have the best signage on the street so it is easy to pass by if you're not really looking. The lobby was pleasant and very modern. The front desk staff were helpful. I was able to check in and go right to my room, but they do offer baggage storage if your room is not quite ready. The lobby/bar area is fun and was crowded most evenings. The rooms were pretty funky. Lots of glass in the rooms. The lights are controlled by buttons on the walls. The bathroom has the tallest shower curtain I've ever seen and it's made out of chains. There is a mini bar available. The room was actually a decent size for NY standards. I had a large bed, a b...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
