"The food was tasty and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price. However, the woman at the pickup counter was quite unprofessional; she was too busy chatting with her coworker to pay attention to me while I was trying to ask a question. When I got to work, I realized that I hadn’t received any condiments or utensils with my order. Overall, my first impression was not great. I hope my next experience will be better."
