"The food was tasty and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price. However, the woman at the pickup counter was quite unprofessional; she was too busy chatting with her coworker to pay attention to me while I was trying to ask a question. When I got to work, I realized that I hadn’t received any condiments or utensils with my order. Overall, my first impression was not great. I hope my next experience will be better."

This place is a real Gem in Harlem. The food is great, the portions are huge, the staff is so friendly and they have a great happy hour. My server Ivan was so the bomb he put on to all the best dishes, like the Geisha sushi roll which is now a favorite.

Great spot. Staff is very friendly. The food portions are HUGE. I was so shocked, but you do get your moneys worth AND leftovers lol.We went during happy hour and the drinks are good. Very affordable and tasty, not cheap or the ones that will make you sick later.Will be back!

We have been coming to Geisha for long time. Today Ivan hospitality and service was really kind and offered us to dine inside because of the heat. At the same time Claudia the bartender came out to greet our 3 years old son. This kind of thing make me feel like at home.We will definitely return!!!!!

The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I called to report that I found an insect in my Thai fried rice, he suggested that it probably came from my house. I then went to the restaurant, bringing the food and pictures to show him. As for vegetarian options, there is some variety available.
