"When the associate delivered my order, she apologized just like the drive-thru attendant did earlier. The level of customer service I received was outstanding. Thank you to both associates for being so thoughtful, caring, polite, and respectful—qualities that are rare to find these days. This was my first visit to this Arby's. I originally wanted the fish strips, but they were temporarily out of stock, so I opted for the classic chicken sandwich and crinkle-cut fries instead. Both were absolutely delicious! Once again, thanks to the amazing associates who not only made my meal delightful but also greatly improved my day! I can't express enough how fantastic they were!"

"Arby's is an excellent place to stop by; their curly fries and three pepper sauces are always a hit, along with the iconic Arby’s sauce. The chicken sandwiches are flavorful, and the strawberry lemonade is both delicious and refreshing. For a fast-food experience with great service, this spot is top-notch. I definitely recommend trying it if you haven't yet!"

"Every so often Arby's comes out with a banger on the new items. However I still keep coming back for that classic Beef n' Cheddar. This location has always done fairly well on customer service, speed, and accuracy of orders. Never done a dine-inhere so I can only speak to the drive thru. But the speed and accuracy combined is great. Usually you only get one or the other.Having both is a bit of a unicorn."

"I hadn't been to this restaurant chain in years, but I decided to take my son along since we had some gift cards to use. I was pleasantly surprised by the expanded menu, which now offers some really interesting choices. At first, the cashier had some trouble processing the gift card, but a manager quickly stepped in to assist us and graciously invited us to find a seat. She later brought me the receipt and the gift card, pointing out the remaining balance. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, served hot, and tasted fantastic. I'm looking forward to making this place a regular stop in the future. The restaurant was clean, the decor was appealing, and the parking lot was well-maintained."

"They where kinda busy when I went after work but was not very happy and very upset when I left. My husband asked for crispy crickle cut from and the lady acted like we where bugging her and told us she couldn't do it and sorry. He was upset at her andpaid for the food stood there a few mins and told me to get the food, I stood there for 15 mins then realized that the peoplebehind me where getting there orders so I waited. The guy on the line was calling out orders so I could hear everyone and he hadsat two bags on the other side of the counter but never called a name so I wasn't sure. So I stood there waiting. Finally I wentup and looked in the bags after about 10mins and noticed they where mine. The lady that ran us up said sorry for the wait and Iasked for Arby's sauce and horse sauce and said if the guy had called the name there wouldn't have been a wait. She was nice andI told her to have a good day. Tip for anyone going in. Don't ask for anything because not the cashier but the people making andpulling food where very rude and acted like it was a problem. As for the cashier she was very nice."

"We visited the Chicopee, MA restaurant. I'm not crazy about roast beef, but my husband enjoys a roast beef sandwich occasionally. He ordered that (I couldn't tell you which one) and I got the deluxe fish sandwich. It had a good size piece of breaded white fish, lettuce and tomato and cheese on a sesame bun. It was very good! I used to like the Wendy's fish sandwich, but this one is much better. I'll go back again for this. My husband said his roast beef was very good too."

"I was charging a Tesla across the street and I was so hungry, I could eat at Arby's. I went to this Arby's to get a roast beef and use the bathroom. I had to go badly so I did that first. I had only been doing my business for a couple of minutes before an employee began aggressively knocking on the door and yelling. She eventually came in the the men's bathroom, while I was pooping, and making ridiculous, completely unfounded accusations. Stay far away from this Arby's at all costs."

"Horrible drive thru service, woman was rude from the instant she began speaking. No thank you, no welcome, she spoke as if she were a robot. When the time came to pay there was no word spoken, just a hand out the window. I had to Ask what my total was andshe was hateful in her response. I asked her if I?d done something wrong and she said no. I told her she was behaving rudely andshe literally rolled her eyes. When she provided my change she truly just let the money drop from her hand into mine, bills aswell as change. My order was wrong, she had to remake my drink. I can see why they have a 85 scorecard. Let?s hope the food isgood because they?ll never get my money at the location again."

"The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Firstly, the sign either does not work or is turned off, making it unclear if the restaurant is even open for business. Although the dining room appeared to be open, there was a large “Closed” sign on the entrance door. Upon entering, we noticed water on the kitchen floor and two male workers who briefly spoke to us before disappearing into the back. A man at the fry station glanced at us before resuming his work. Another employee who appeared to be on break briefly interacted with his coworkers before going back outside. Despite our wait, there was no service or acknowledgment of our presence. As we left, we noticed a female employee still chatting with someone in a car nearby, completely ignoring us. She didn’t even greet us, despite wearing an Arby’s uniform."

"It was pouring rain and theres was not significant shelter if any all at neither the menu board, order speaker, or pay window. So the entire time from the menu board to the window your being rained. On top of that it took the person forever to finally take our order and when we got to the window to pay soaking wet in our vehicle mind you I asked the attendant(the damn Mgr of all people) a question about a sauce he waved me off twice and then when he did answer the simple questioned he looked me like I was stupid and answered the question acting as if I should've known the answer already. The whole time he's inside dry and threw all this I'm deluged by rain due to their insufficient weather protection. Just a horrible experience from beginning to end. I won't be giving up on Arby's, but I'll never go to that particular location ever again. It's a dictionary definition of lack of customer care and you don't get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression when it comes to CUSTOMER CARE, atleast not in my book."

"My regular roast beef and cheddar ? was ice cold and dripping with the red sauce that comes on it . I went back and was given one with no sauce OR cheese and Luke warm. Don't think I'll be going back for a while because something like this always seems to happen.... EDIT .. @arby's I can't click on or copy/paste that link so thanks I guess for trying to be helpful and coming up short ... Makes me think the employees are just going with the flow."

"I had a very disappointing experience with the drive-thru staff and the person who cooked my food during my Monday night visit. Their professionalism was lacking, and I cannot recommend this place if you value having your order done correctly and served warm. I was promised fresh fries, but ended up with a subpar meal. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I plan to report these issues to corporate, not only for the poor service but also because of the strong smell of marijuana in the workplace. They don’t deserve even one star, but I feel it's important to warn others about their negligence."

"I ordered tonight at the drive-thru around 11:30 PM, and I must say, it was the fastest experience I've had at that hour. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes! The receipt mentioned a cashier named Alley, but I’m not entirely sure if that was her name since her name tag was faded. She had short curly black hair and some tattoos. I want to highlight her exceptional service because she was really nice and made sure I had all my sauces before I left, even double-checking just to be safe. It's clear that they care about their customers. Also, the person who prepared my food tonight did an amazing job! It was the best Reuben sandwich I've ever had from you."

"They were quick on getting the food out and everyone in the back was working good except one of the ladies ringing people up and taking orders. She was rude and had an attitude from the start. She put in the wrong items even after being told 3 times, when we told her that she put the wrong things in she just said yeah and walked away and we had to ask her for our right order just for her to give it to us. She didnt give us our money back for what was a couple dollars more than what we should’ve payed and when we got our order, we were missing a fry. The fry we did get, only had maybe 7 or 8 fries in it. Our order wasnt the only one that was wrong as the people in line behind us tried getting her attention to tell her too and she ignored them and walked away."
