"Despite our server's sweet and apologetic demeanor, she struggled to manage several large tables at once. Our interactions with her were delayed and infrequent. During our first visit, we were moved to a table near the loudspeakers. On the second visit, we placed our drink and food orders right away. Finally, as we requested our check, the manager stepped in to help deliver our meals. The menu offered very few options, but my salad and the chili were both substantial and flavorful."

"I came with some girlfriends the first time and loved it, so I wanted my husband to try it. Quaint and exceptional service. Great food and variety on the menu for dinner. Loved the deviled eggs appetizer and my husband had the brisket stroganoff and I had the smoked chicken risotto. Both were fabulous and we topped off the dinner with the coconut cream pie, that was delicious. Also, BYOB. We will be back soon!"

"the restaurant canceled our reservation on open table that I noticed when we came home and that was wrong. they did this, even though we showed up, sat and ate, but remained during our meal. obviously they did not want our rating or for me to credit for booking on open table. our server never gave us brot, took our bread-appetits-plates away before they gave us our salat and appetizers at the same time that led us to send back our appetizers because it was cold before we ate our meal times, the porkish were drastically undercooked. it seemed as if they just rushed through the meal I don't understand, as the place was empty. now I know why it was empty. service and eating were not good. very disappointed and I was even sharpened to get my email that they have canceled our reservation if they were not to. only a terrible experience."

"I ordered the Pasta Special of the Day, which was walnut pesto pasta with grilled chicken, as well as the Soup and Sandwich Special, featuring a bacon and multi-cheese sandwich accompanied by a cup of tomato soup. Both the pasta and soup were quite flavorful, but the soup arrived cold, and the pasta was served without the promised Parmesan cheese on top. The waiter didn't seem particularly bothered by these issues. As for the sandwich, it was rather uninspiring on its own, but it tasted better when dipped into the soup. Overall, the price was reasonable for lunch in Gramercy, and there were plenty of options on the menu and specials."

"FIRST: NO BANH MI HERE!!! We found this spot after doing some semi extensive searching for a Vietnamese spot that served banh mi that was still open past 8pm.We walk in to the place and the vibe is great very modern vibes, clean, with attentive staff. We get seated and they direct us to the digital menu by qr. I glance at the menu and I notice they don 't have banh mi listed as an option wave our server down and apparently it 's something they took off their menu over a year ago.So stupid. But you know what 's even more stupid than being a Vietnamese spot that doesn 't offer some of the most traditional Vietnamese fare? The fact that they have an actual huge sign at the entrance that just says BANH MI lmaaaao.Anyways, we get over it and order the beef pho. And it 's not that great. They also bring you a tablespoon worth of hoisin and Sriracha on the side and charge you a dollar for yet another tablespoon. A whole dollar for a tablespoon of sauce. Ridiculous. I get that Sriracha has been harder to find and more expensive lately, but for hoisin?! Stop.Service was good at least and our server was very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the menu.I wouldn 't recommend this spot in general for vietnamese, but especially if you 're looking for banh mi, because they don 't offer it anymore... Even though they advertise it, lol. Facepalm"

"Liked the atmosphere and loved that they had food. Most breweries have a food truck that is cool, but that was a nice change. Had something mixed with our dinner. The guy next to us has our order (and he knew it and we got it. We sent the food back and the staff was extremely apologetic. We were happy and got our original order (they thought they were made of flat bread. We had the pulled pork/flatcake with frits. I am really sensitive to spicy foods and there was definitely a little kick at this meal, but I enjoyed it! The staff was attentive and as I mentioned extremely apologetic for the mix. They went beyond and beyond to take care of us, and we will definitely be back."
