"My husband, myself and our daughters stopped by for lunch around 3pm today. Upon looking at the menu we didn't see any kids options and after contemplating for about 5 mins, we decided to leave to try another place. However, having had Pipeline pizza to go in the past, we already know the food is delicious so we were bummed to be leaving to another restaurant. I felt like I owed the guy an explanation on why we were leaving, so I let him know the deal breaker was the no kids menu for us but we hoped to come back soon to try them out another time. The guy let me know that they actually did have kids meals but they weren't in the menu yet and he told me what they had. He was so apologetic and sincere, we just didn't have the heart to leave. Especially because they DO have kids meals, they just weren't on the menu. So we decided to stay and my kids got the spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken Alfredo and they loved it! Hubby and I had the wings and fries combo and a slice of ? each. The service was immaculate, the food was cooked to perfection and you could taste the love in it. Also upon finishing our food, they actually updated their menus right there and then to include the kids meals too! ? This place is absolutely a hidden gem of Pasadena and I would recommend them to anyone who hasn't given them a try. We can't wait to come back and try some different options. Those crispy yet juicy wings will be in my dreams tonight and I thank you for that ? lol. We hope to come back soon and we wish your business continued success for many years to come!! ?? Kid-friendliness: The staff was very friendly towards my 2 daughters as well ?"

"We came here due to the great ratings. The parking lot was full by so thinking we must have found a great place. Waited for about minutes for the hostess to seat us. As I looked around I saw that the building is older and has been semi updated. Kind of has an old odor throughout. There are several different rooms. The front of the place, especially the bar area was full. I think there is a happy hour. I gave my name for our reservation but apparently the hostess didn’t pay any attention as I see my reservation was canceled. The hostess took us to the back of the restaurant in an empty room. The waiter came by and quickly took our drink order, leaving before we could ask anything further. He came back about minutes later with our drinks. Husband asked about enchiladas versus burrito and he said he didn’t know as he’s never tried either. Husband changed order to hamburger, then the waiter seemed irritated that he didn’t choose the enchiladas or burrito, saying people order those frequently. So he ordered the enchiladas. They did not look great and he said they were not good. My son and I ordered the prime rib dip. It is extremely fatty, couldn’t take one bite without fat, even as I tried to cut it off. Then bun was not good quality and the dipping sauce was much thicker than normal. The worst part was the horseradish sauce, not much flavor, tastes like mayonnaise. No kick from horseradish. I would have liked straight horseradish but the waiter never came back into our area, so just ate some of it. The French fries are just frozen fries, nothing great. The food did come out in less than minutes. We won’t ever return. It’s gross all around and the services is terrible"

"Do not visit this establishment. Poor coffee, bad value and appalling service. I ordered a medium sized cappuccino for $6+ with tip. I received the pictured drink. I did not drink anything, these are untouched pictures. Noting an natural indentation on the underside of cup there was hardly any coffee in the cup. Basically a single serve Italian espresso with nothing in it. It weight probably less than an ounce. Giving staff an opportunity to correct it they actually argued with me and tried to explain how coffee is made. I 'm not going to explain how many cups of cappuccino I have had, it has no merit here nor does trying to win approval for a decent cup as a customer. An appropriate response would be, how can we make it better for you? The staff where dismissive, rude and had a take it or ... well... take it attitude. For those looking for a Thomasville experience, probably find your cup at another establishment, yes even Dunkin Donuts. It 's better to avoid the disappointment and not the slightest care to correct it. Updated Review Due to managements professional response the review has been revised. The original post stands but star rating has changed based on response. Management graciously apologized and offered to rectify the issue. Mistakes are bound to happen anywhere, it 's the response to those mistakes that make a big difference for customers. Glad they are working towards better service as this coffee shop is in a great area and has a lot going for it."
