"I regularly go to this restaurant and I also order from them on doordash. One thing to note if you order from doordash the dishes are all a few dollars more expensive. Let's start with the stir fried dishes. Most of the basic thai stir fried dishes like basil chicken and their noodles like pad Thai is very average. I personally hate it when they put bell pepper in a thai basil chicken. Anybody who had eaten a Thai basil chicken in Thailand will never ever see bell peppers in a basil chicken. This seems to be a common practice here which over powers the actual chilli garlic and basil flavor. Nobody also puts onions in a basil chicken dish. The pad Thai is what you will get in any Thai joint in North America , 50 percent authentic and it's too sweet. There should be a balance if sweet sour and salty in a pad Thai. The papaya salad is good not great. The salted crab papaya salad they also peanuts which is unusual not usual but it's ok. Some if the sea food dishes from the chef special menu for stand out and get prepared well. The whole garlic fish fried is nice. I also like their Tom yum noodle soup. It's spicy sour and good fresh herbs flavors. I do like their tod man plaa or the fried fish cakes. They do a good job at that and the way they present it is good also. The chef special dishes usually give you a better culinary experience while the other dishes are quite average. Yes they use authentic ingredients and I have not sensed any time so far where I felt they used frozen or ready made ingredients. The cooks in the back are Thai or lao and I have heard them speaking and so I know they have the potential to cook up much more authentic dishes. I hope they can innovate and be bold and execute the dishes the way people eat it in thailand. It is a good place to go as a group of four or five as their is good seating space. It's also a good place go with family. Lastly their mango sticky rice is well made. The mango has always been fresh and not over riped and the sticky rice hot wish nice milky coconut milk. Not too sweet and not too sour mango. The selection of dishes is good. A good balance of stir fry, soups, curry, sea food , noodles etc. If I was in Thailand I would have rated this place 1.5/5, but being in North America I give them a 3/5. Definitely an above average place. But not good. Part 2: went bad tried the papaya salad with crab Thai hot. It was very good and authentic like Thailand. Also tried the tilapia fried fish. The food has improved."

"One of the worst meals ever. The food was tasteless and just spicy. I didn't think one could make green curry so bad. The place was empty and it should have been obvious why. No flavor and just heat. The service was poor. Didn't get is water or come even once to check on us. The head server kept sneezing and wiping his nose on the sleeve of his shirt while bringing water. And then blew his nose with his fingers and then proceeded to serve. Yuck"

"2.5 5 Food tastes good but absolutely the calamari portions for the price isn't . And they charge a hefty price for rice. Calamari is disappointing. 11 for like 8 pieces. Edit: I've taken the calamari back for a refund and the lady gave me a refund. Very polite. Too bad it was wasted most likely. : just wayyyy too small of a portion sorry Thinking back on it, its just portioning overall and the spicy basil didnt taste enough like basil imo too."

"Lers Ros is that place you go to for fancy and hip Thai food. I 'm not saying it 's not authentic, but there are better options for authentic Thai food in the area. The food turned out to be okay and service was lacking for an upscale restaurant. Servers never checked up on us and I tried to flag them down a couple of times but I guess they were too busy to notice. Shrimp Pad Thai: More on the sweeter side so I wasn 't a big fan of it. I don 't like my pad thaireminding me of candy. Garlic Frog: Tasty bits if frog meat but the portion was a little small. There were some fried pieces that was more bone than meat too. If you 're feeling adventurous, feel free to try! Frog meat tastes like a comboof chicken and fish, and garlic makes everything better. Som Tum Pu: Papaya salad with raw blue crab! I did enjoy this but the portion was also small. I wish there was more shredded papaya. There was a lot of thai eggplant, huge chunks oftomatoes, and some green beans. Thai Ice Tea: The tea was watered down and it was also a little too sweet. Crispy Chicken over Fried Rice: Prob my fav out of everything even if it wasn 't amazing. I love rice and deep fried chicken isgood, ya know? Too bad the chicken was a small piece. Overall, I don 't think I 'll be returning but I 'm glad I tried this place out."

"Walked in and was set at a very small table and right next to us a rude woman let her daughter run a video player at full blast with TikTok videos. We got up and left and went to Sweet Thai Basil... Their service, food, and atmosphere was way better. In my opinion they should have informed the guest that there are no video players allowed without headphones I mean come on, it's common sense. They don't allow you to do that in a gym or in an airplane and why is that, because you're in close proximity to other guests and you're being rude."

"I love Thai Winchester! My husband and I visit Thai Winchester nearly every week. 1. The restaurant is clean and cozy, and the servers are kind and helpful. 2. If you go for lunch on a week day, you get a fried veggie crispy roll and a small side salad. I don't think the dressing on the salad is vegan (it looks cream-based), though, but I'm not sure. (I've been there for lunch on a week day only once 3. As far as appetizers go, I've had the fried tofu (it's nothing special it's exactly what it says: fried tofu), summer rolls (good if you love basil and my go-to appetizer, veggie crispy rolls. The rolls are the small, super crispy kind. I love them! 4. I've had most of the vegetarian entrees: LOVE: -cashew nuts LIKE: -kra pow -stir-fried ginger -red curry -green curry -panang curry -pad thai (good, but only if you like a very sweet pad thai) -thai fried rice (I've had this twice. It was amazingly flavorful the first time, but bland the second time) DISLIKE: -pad phed pha (this is a dish with peppercorns, and the peppercorns really take over. Order only if you LOVE peppercorns, because that's all you'll be able to taste) -massaman curry (but that could just be because I'm not into yellow curry I've never had this dish anywhere else This is my favorite restaurant in Winchester, and if you haven't already, I encourage you to visit! NOTE: We've also visited Thai Winchester II (only once), and we did not enjoy it enough to return. The restaurant is smaller and the food wasn't as good. I'd rather make the short drive to the walking mall rather than visit Thai Win II again. It may have just been a bad day for them, though."

"I've never been here before. This Thai restaurant is located in a shopping center, so you don't have to stress over the parking lot. It doesn't look much side, but if you go into you see all the beautiful decor. Nice ambience. It has a relaxing effect with the additional cushions. Staff: was friendly and the service was fast. Was kind of weird, though we had asked to sit in this one area, and they immediately said no! But they must have had a reason. But either we had a good experience. Food: we ordered as normal, you know roasted rice, pad Thai, BBQ chicken, spring rolls and crispy tofu. My personal favorite was the crab fried rice and crispy tofu. Tofu was perfectly cooked, there is a sharp in every bite. The price: not bad, about $13-$15 a Entree and it is very accreditable. Look at the pictures oh I recommend ordering either a Thai tea or Thai coffee, very refreshing and beautiful presented : ."

"I opted for the lunch combo, which offered several choices; I selected the red curry and garlic pork (as shown in the photo). The combo also included a side salad, which had one of the most pleasantly surprising dressings I’ve tasted in a while. It had a unique blend of mango and chili, reminiscent of a sliced mango from a street vendor. While the curry itself had the expected flavors of red curry, I found it a bit overloaded with vegetables, making it difficult to get my spoon in to enjoy it. Some might see this as a positive, but I didn’t want to wrestle through a dense mass of veggies when enjoying my curry. On the other hand, the garlic pork was phenomenal and truly deserves more praise than I can give. The Thai tea was also good, if a bit standard. Overall, I would definitely return if I'm in the area and craving Thai food. In short: the food was delicious, but the restaurant could use more staff. I enjoyed the lunch combo with red curry and garlic pork, the salad had a fantastic dressing, there were too many veggies in the curry, and the garlic pork was amazing. I highly recommend this place!"

"Best Thai food I’ve had in San Pedro as a Thai myself. Food was very delicious, although not authentic, I can say it has only slight modification unlike many places in America. Khao Soi is definitely a must try. It’s a rare item and they made a good one. I found a few fusion dishes great too. Staff was really nice. They all speak Thai and good English. The cooking speed is fast. Love it! Parking is free on the next street. The street in front of the restaurant has meters."

"Several years back, yes Thai Flavors was top tier and delicious. However, that is definitely not the case now. I stretch my patience with the E 14th location because of convenience but I won't do it ever again. Ordered my usual, shrimp in a blanket and Hawaiian dish, got home to ear and ugh!! The shrimp in a blanket tasted nasty and old immediately. I unrolled it and the shrimp wasn't fresh or vibrant.I called the restaurant to let them know, not expecting too much of a solution. The only conclusion we came to was that because I wasn't able to bring back my dish tonight in exchange for a new dish, that they would refund my money for the dish."

"The sushi here is quite good. The Thai dishes, while somewhat generic, are still acceptable, although I understand that Thai cuisine isn't their main focus. The restaurant's decor is warm and inviting, which is a surprising contrast to the service. The waitstaff could be a bit more attentive to their customers; in their rush, they often overlook small details. For example, I had to ask for a teaspoon for my hot drink, as well as sugar or cream, and even a straw for my water—just minor things like that. However, the variety of food offered is impressive. Overall, it’s a job well done!"

"so a beautiful evening with us 4. the presentation of the food is beautiful, almost as good as it tastes. perfect proportions of size when they starve or want to go a tiny box. service very polite and attentive. a peeve: strange smell, as it only cleaned, but not a fresh fragrance, maybe they change the cleaning products or wash all the soft sitting options."

"I was in the mood for some Thai food, and after seeing a review on Yelp claiming that this restaurant was a hidden gem, I knew I had to give it a try. I ordered lemongrass chicken wings, pad thai, Lao style papaya salad, and the chef's special duck curry. The papaya salad was amazing - it was spicy and delicious, definitely my favorite dish. The service was friendly and attentive. Although the exterior may not be appealing, the interior was clean and had good air conditioning. The prices were reasonable and affordable."

"Pretty, slightly upscale Thai decor. Good place for groups or a date! Plenty parking in the strip mall. Service was great. Came here after a nice family hike at Peck Park nearby.Pricing is mid-range for Thai food in LA and for a nicer looking restaurant to eat at. Pineapple fried rice- tasty with a few shrimp, cashews, and plenty of pineapple. Pad see ew- noodles were good, but would have liked more Chinese broccoli! Tom gha kai- coconut chicken mushroom soup. Great flavor! Short ribs curry- the short ribs, vegetables and curry was delicious and we requested mildly spicy with extra rice. Good place for Thai food if you happen to be in the area. "Mai Thai is one of my go-to Thai restaurants. Every entrée comes with the option to choose a protein, and fried tofu or vegetables are always an option. Drunken noodles, pad thai, pineapple paradise curry, and hot basil are my favorites. Mango sticky rice is a must. The staff is so lovely and friendly, and they are very accommodating for vegans. Omitting fish sauce and eggs is never an issue with them. Portions are good and it's a great value for your money."
