"Have been a regular customer for some time now, often on Saturdays to enjoy live music. Unfortunately, my recent experience has taken Gates off my list.Upon arriving, I was informed by the hostess that a ticket to the show was required for entry. I gladly accepted the $25 cost and was told to wait to purchase a ticket from her manager.After 15 minutes I asked the hostess again to purchase a ticket, and again was informed to wait for the manager.Finally, the manager arrives and informs me--in a rude and obnoxious way--that they are at capacity and unable to accept walk-ins, despite the hostess confirming that I would be able to purchase a ticket.If the manager had simply informed the hostess that they were at capacity, she could have informed me and several others that were also waiting to purchase tickets, instead of forcing us to stand there for more than 20 minutes. The condescending attitude of the manager only made things worse.It's too bad, because I really enjoyed this restaurant and live music on Saturdays, but their staff is disorganized and disrespectful and I will not be back."
