"I placed an order for pickup, scheduling it for half an hour later since I had nine items with some modifications. When I arrived at the designated time, I sent my daughter inside to collect the food. She returned with a bag that seemed too small for our order. Although the bag had my name and the list of nine items on the sticker, it only contained four completely different items.
I went back inside and waited about five minutes before anyone asked if I needed assistance. During that time, I overheard some employees joking about my daughter grabbing the wrong bag. Thankfully, she didn’t hear their comments about her mistake, which was actually due to an error on their part. I noticed another mobile order nearby that likely contained my missing items. An employee acknowledged the mix-up and said he would remake my order. 
I waited another ten minutes for the new order to be prepared. When I finally got home, I discovered that some of the food was only partially grilled and the ingredients were scarce, with several items mislabeled. Having been a customer at this location for over 20 years, I can honestly say this was the worst experience I've ever had."
