Where they won’t open a front register for lack of help but three of them are out back in a car smoking weed. If you can’t take my order you don’t need my money.

For a newly opened Taco Bell, this is easily the worst location in the Lee's Summit area. The service is extremely inconsistent. The city should consider demolishing this site and replacing it with another fast food restaurant.

Garbage I have been 3 times and they mess my order up every song time and I got 3 tacos and all of them had no meat in it. All lettuce and cheese! Thanks for not caring about your customers! Would give a zero if I could! Go somewhere else! View menu

This Taco Bell is very inconsistent, I had the cheese grilled taco (much like a birria taco) a week ago and was impressed at what Taco Bell made. I got it again today and the cheese wasn’t melted the taco was cold. It was not good at all. This one is a hit or miss, they are more consistent during lunch but today just wasn’t it. The consistency is tough. Flip a coin and you’ll see. Service is good though.

Not a great experience. We placed our order through the app, but there were several mistakes. They forgot to include the nachos and cheese dip we ordered, so we had to go back to pick that up after we had already driven away. Additionally, we had requested and paid for onions and sour cream to be added to my wife's burrito, but of course, that was also overlooked. It’s frustrating to pay extra for something and not receive it. On my last visit, the lobby was locked in the middle of the afternoon with no sign on the door, which is unprofessional. I would recommend trying a different location, as this one seems to be disorganized.

I had the worst experience at Taco Bell that I've ever encountered. I've been a regular customer for about two years, eating there weekly because I love their food. However, waiting 15 minutes for a mobile drive-thru order with only two cars ahead of me was incredibly frustrating. They hadn't even started preparing my food until I reached the window. To make matters worse, I paid $4.39 for a Quesarito that turned out to be the tiniest burrito I've ever received—no more than 3 inches long, and it honestly felt like something that should belong on the dollar menu.
