"DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS LOCATION….I’ve ordered from Rosati’s more times than I can remember, and how my family used to order their pizza growing up for birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. They have the absolute best cannoli’s in my opinion but that changed today. My husband stopped for a slice of pizza on his way home from Chicago. We live about 2.5 hours from Chicago and when he got home we saw they were completely frozen. Never have I received frozen cannoli’s and when I called the restaurant, I spoke to the “manager” John, who insisted that they are served frozen at all locations and its standard procedure to serve them frozen straight from the box, ordered from the Rosati’s warehouse. Since I’ve ordered from 10+ locations and they all served them fresh, I found this to be a blatant lie. Will be contacting HQ or the regional manager. After seeing the countless negative reviews for this particular location, I will bring this to corp’s attention and requesting a refund!There is a different location just a few minutes from this one, do yourself a favor and go there, instead!"
