"I fell behind the building while walking with a cake I bought for Thanksgiving and because I?m disabled with knee and hip replacements, I was unable to stand up after I rolled down a hill and ended up in bushes. Thankfully, an employee from Rosatiswalked out their back door and found both me and my friend John trying to get up the hill, and fortunately, because of theemployee we suffered zero injuries which was lucky for two people in their seventies. The man automatically came to our aidwithout hesitation and I applaud his kindness and I want to inform him that since I?m well and walking, I have another reasonfor thanksgiving on this special day.???????????????????? my cake wasn?t damaged in the fall. When I did enjoy the pizzait was good because I always asked for extra garlic and extra cheese. The fried mushrooms are ?to die for!? Thanks! Jackie and John"

"We are in town for some medical appointments and were hungry after a day of resurrection on the Marine Pier. So we decided to go back to our hotel and order pizza. The order process was a bit frustrating, but as soon as we placed it, the order was delivered within the promised time frame. The food was nice. The way the paprika is laid out so that none of it is cut is quite satisfying to consider. And the taste! Well, granted, it's rare for me to meet a pizza I don't like, but this was one of the tastier I've experienced! The sauce, a nice mix between tan and sweet. The crust kept its shape quite beautiful and I didn't even think to use a fork (which is a sign of a good pizza crust in my opinion). And I was just fat enough to satisfy the pizza addict in me. And it was full! We feed three adults and three adult boys 9-14yo. We ordered the Jumbo disc pizza that comes with a 20oz soda for each person and I ordered two additional discs if someone was still hungry. You will make a delicious midnight snack! My only “web” was that the soda that was delivered was not a 20oz, but a 12oz can. Something disappointing goes to the thirst factor, but no big deal. But it's the reason I didn't give 5 stars. If I'm ever back in the area and I'm going to get pizza, I know where I'm going!"

"My father is in hospice, and this is a difficult time for our family. We ordered pizza, and the young lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful in ensuring we got everything we needed. The delivery was prompt, and they even included some important documents we required. The pizza brought us a small sense of comfort during this challenging period. It's not often that we encounter such excellent service these days."

"The staff this evening was remarkable! From the moment I placed my order over the phone to the pick-up process, the customer service was top-notch. Upon my arrival to collect my order, I found out it was delayed. They were very apologetic and informed me how much longer it would take. I received updates twice, so I always knew when to expect my food. In the end, it was only 12 minutes late, which I didn’t mind at all on a busy Friday night. When they handed me my order, they graciously offered six sodas as a gesture of goodwill for the wait. It's not just about receiving something for free; it's the way they handled the situation that truly makes me eager to return!"

"DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS LOCATION….I’ve ordered from Rosati’s more times than I can remember, and how my family used to order their pizza growing up for birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. They have the absolute best cannoli’s in my opinion but that changed today. My husband stopped for a slice of pizza on his way home from Chicago. We live about 2.5 hours from Chicago and when he got home we saw they were completely frozen. Never have I received frozen cannoli’s and when I called the restaurant, I spoke to the “manager” John, who insisted that they are served frozen at all locations and its standard procedure to serve them frozen straight from the box, ordered from the Rosati’s warehouse. Since I’ve ordered from 10+ locations and they all served them fresh, I found this to be a blatant lie. Will be contacting HQ or the regional manager. After seeing the countless negative reviews for this particular location, I will bring this to corp’s attention and requesting a refund!There is a different location just a few minutes from this one, do yourself a favor and go there, instead!"

"Delicious pizza! Service was excellent. I ordered a medium pizza for pickup and it cost $17 which was a bit pricy for my taste but it was worth it!! The pizza is a thin crust NY style pizza and I got half cheese and the other half with toppings. I honestly ate half the pizza because the slices weren't too large. This location is right off the tollway in a small shopping plaza so it's pretty hard to miss it. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want authentic NY style pizza. You won't be disappointed!!"

"I went to Rosati for the first time, just for a salad. I can't believe how fresh and tasty the ingredients were and the bowl was just jam full of salad. Most salads I got from other restaurants are spoiled and do not fill the bowl in which it is. This experience lets me go back and taste their other foods. Her customer service was amazing, very friendly crew. DANK YOU ROSATI 'S is an amazing first experience, I will be back, keep the great work!"

"Service was good. We were wondering if there was a new cook because the pizza used to be amazing, and today it had very little sauce and wasn't as good as usual. Our friends ordered cod and one of her pieces wasn't cooked all the way. Her husband ordered fettuccine and his noodles weren't cooked completely. Our garlic knots were so oily that they dripped on our friends pants. We were really disappointed and based on today's experience we won't be back. Sorry. Up until today's visit this was our favorite pizza place."

"We absolutely love Rosati's pizza! In fact, our daughter owns a franchise in Florida, so we know good pizza when we taste it. The quality of the pizzas at this location may have had a rough patch in the past, but now they serve delicious Chicago style pizza with plenty of cheese and toppings. We especially enjoy their paprika seasoning. Unlike other places where you may only get a few slices of deep dish pizza, at Rosati's you get six slices in a serving. The best part is that you can have a deep dish pizza delivered in less than an hour, sometimes even in less than 45 minutes. If you've been let down by Rosati's in the past, give them another chance because they are back and better than ever!"
