"DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS LOCATION….I’ve ordered from Rosati’s more times than I can remember, and how my family used to order their pizza growing up for birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. They have the absolute best cannoli’s in my opinion but that changed today. My husband stopped for a slice of pizza on his way home from Chicago. We live about 2.5 hours from Chicago and when he got home we saw they were completely frozen. Never have I received frozen cannoli’s and when I called the restaurant, I spoke to the “manager” John, who insisted that they are served frozen at all locations and its standard procedure to serve them frozen straight from the box, ordered from the Rosati’s warehouse. Since I’ve ordered from 10+ locations and they all served them fresh, I found this to be a blatant lie. Will be contacting HQ or the regional manager. After seeing the countless negative reviews for this particular location, I will bring this to corp’s attention and requesting a refund!There is a different location just a few minutes from this one, do yourself a favor and go there, instead!"

I definitely prefer the pizzas from Domino's because the ones here are quite disappointing. They're made so thin that they resemble tortillas. I really can't recommend this place.

I ordered delivery on December 7, 2011, around 6 PM on a weekday. The crust was good, and the sauce had a hint of sweetness. However, the toppings were not distributed evenly. The cost for a large pizza was a bit steep at $22 before tip. I might think about ordering from here again if I have to. View menu

THE BEST main stream deep dish in town. Fiance I ordered super super hungry on Sunday night. Fresh, Juicy roma style tomatoes, saucy, cheesy bready. Deep Dish for a mouth full of hearty Marinera. I was happy. I even took leftover's to lunch. They put a piece of foil on top to protect the cheese during food delivery. I never gave Rosati's a chance til that day. Will be coming back.

I used to love Rosatis... until they have some girl answer the phone recently... she leaves you on hold for an hour comes back on the line and just says Rosatis Please Hold ... doesn 't let you even speak before your on hold again... this has happened 3xs already. ive never had a problem with this location or Rosatis! This is horrible customer service. The Spanish guy who usually takes my order is always on point even when he puts me on hold for a few minutes. He knows his regular customers and everything. Please let him take orders again. He also cooks the pizza. Even on busy days he 'll let me know the delivery will be 2hrs.... and I 've waited those hrs because he 's just that good!
