"After reading an article featuring restaurants in Bonita Springs we decided to try it. We arrived early so we were able to choose from a couple of special menu options. Though there were only a few tables occupied when we ordered it took 20 minutes to receive a glass of wine and an iced tea. The cauliflower soup was tasty but the mixed green salad was unseasoned and lacking in any interesting ingredients. A blob of raw carrots and beets were the only additions. The fish, branzino, was ok but the promised lemon cream sauce was hard to find under the clump of mashed potatoes the fish was served on. The waitress never checked in while we ate our dinners and my husband had a request that was not taken care of until he was almost finished with his meal. Two members of the staff chatted at length and one even sat down in the booth with a group of diners they knew. Maddening given that we could not even find our waitress! At the end of dinner we were told the chef's dessert choice was tiramisu. Really?? No thanks. Overal,l the experience felt dated and totally uninspired. The poor service was inexcusable."
