"The best service we received came from the security staff and the coat check attendant, as well as a visitor named Alma—we even noted their names because they were so pleasant. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. The tacos we ordered were bland, the pancakes were extremely tough, and the cotton candy was so caramelized that it was inedible. My cousin, who is pregnant, wanted a non-alcoholic beverage or even hot chocolate, but the drink menu lacked options for those who don’t drink, which was disheartening.
This is a place I might visit for a drink and photo opportunities, but otherwise, I wouldn’t come back. As someone who works in hospitality, I know what five-star service looks like, and I left feeling very disappointed."
