Been coming here for years and have enjoyed every visit. Fantastic food and service. Prices are high but that should be expected when deciding to eat at restaurant like this next to Union Square area

The tea service was nice but the quality of the food served was not as high as before. Same tea selection, bold flavors. The tea sandwiches were dry and the bread was hard. Perfect spot for special occasions. The Covid revised limited menu along with the daily specials offers enough choices including many of the favs. The already high pre-pandemic prices are now higher. However the outstanding service, combined with the ambiance and those yummy popovers makes for a unique experience

Been here several times for tea and will continue to keep coming. As of august their air conditioning has been down which they have not notified those with reservations. Ha do known I would have cancelled because having hot tea while it’s sweltering hot under the glass dome was a bad idea. They should inform guests. Otherwise everything else was great
