"Buffalo Block is a great choice for food when you are visiting Billings, MT. The restaurant has a convenient downtown location. The food is styled as an upscale Steak House with a very nice menu, craft libations, and an excellent wine list. The staff answering phones and taking reservations could be better. We called on the afternoon of our visit and requested a table for five. It was not super surprising to learn that the restaurant was fully booked...except it wasn't.Two members of our party did not get the message that our reservation had been moved to a different restaurant after learning the BB was full. When they arrived at 7pm the dining room and bar were certainly not full and could be construed as half empty. Thankfully our two party members who did not get the memo grabbed a table and we all were able to enjoy a great dinner at Billings, MT Buffalo Block."

"We were in Bryce Canyon after what was essentially the close of the season, so there weren’t many places open. Someone recommended rustlers to us so we went there for dinner and had a very nice meal. The server was attentive and checked in an appropriate amount throughout the meal. He made sure we had all the necessary bits and pieces and kept our soda glasses full. We weren’t that hungry, so we had them split a salad and a pasta entrée. We’re often hesitant to do this because some restaurants kick up a fuss, but these guys were awesome and supplied extra plates and serving spoons. If you’re in Bryce Canyon, stop in here. "We had a lovely breakfast at a charming little restaurant in a small town. I ordered eggs over easy with ham, toast, and hash browns, and I was quite satisfied. The place was clean, and our server was friendly and accommodating. I wanted to address a comment I saw about the prices; while it's true that prices have increased, we just have to adapt. Our total for two came to $33, including tip. If you're on a budget, I'd recommend opting for oatmeal. Overall, I encourage you to stop by and enjoy what they have to offer!"

"Our server was amazing and he really did try his best to get people their food. But it took an extremely long time to get our food. Not only that but the older cook with the scraggly long hair (not the guy with the braid) was incredibly rude to our server. He was not communicating when the food was ready, and he didn’t even bother making all the food we had ordered until we were ready to leave after getting half of our food. I ordered The chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, and it was EXTREMELY bland. I also noticed the cook touching raw meat and frozen meat, and then not even wearing gloves or bothering to wash his hands and then immediately touching the toast for each entree and placing it on plates. It’s a huge safety hazard for cross contamination. I couldn’t Believe him. He should not be working back there. Arguing with the server constantly, highly unprofessional. Kudos to our server for truly doing his best. Tall young blond guy with earrings, he was awesome."
