"I've been eager to visit this restaurant for a while now, but I never had the opportunity until today. I'm so glad I finally went, as it far exceeded my expectations. The interior is beautiful, with fresh tulips on each table, creating a lovely ambiance. The waitstaff were incredibly attentive. As for the food, it was fantastic! I ordered the ginger rice and chicken soup, along with the vegetable spring rolls. I highly recommend checking this place out. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their menu!"

"New member is added to Mikomi, a Cat Robot. They have not utilized this robot. When the Robot arrived to the table, the waitress stood next to the robot and put the dish on the table.... Hum .. actually the customer can get it from the robot, extra hand from the waitress is not necessary. When I am in a mood to eat Japanese food, Mikomi is my first choice. It's not the best but decent. Or sushi or sashimi will be better than rolls. Rolls always are not my favorite. The waitress checked with me quite often enen I seated at the patio."

"This cute little place is located just off Maple Avenue. Staff were very friendly and did not feel rushed at all. I ordered an assortment of Sushi and while I don't remember exactly what I got, the Sushi was indeed good and the fish held up well on it's own. Definitely one of the places I know I can count on when I want some sushi."

They advertise 30% off Happy Hour all over the parking lot and the massive banner above their sign ... but only on the fine print of a small sign on the door can you learn it requires an absurd minimum 45 spent! Then it isn 't until you 're inside that you can find the number of exclusions as well. Oh brother. A definite No as a solo eater, and still a No for unethical advertising since they don 't include a very relevant detail that barely takes up additional space: %30 off 45+ Happy Hour (there is not even fine print on any signage other that of the small door sign... it 's four characters... . Bait and switch.So sick of the fine print nonsense and specials masquerading as though they 're deals... I wonder if they also have that fine print 20% surcharge added to each bill to cover increasing wages! This is not a tip! ...ridiculous"

"(7/30/2023) We received excellent service during our visit. The lunch special was a great deal, offering a choice of a combination that included a Bento, Ramen, Sushi, or Roll. The Tonkotsu was decent but could use some improvements, particularly in terms of the broth and the pork belly—both were lacking in depth of flavor and richness. However, I highly recommend the Chicken Katsu and Spicy Tuna Roll, as they were incredibly delicious, with the Chicken Katsu being crispy and the Spicy Tuna being exceptionally fresh. "The service was quite good. When we called to ask if we could be put on hold for a moment, the call unexpectedly dropped. However, the staff member called us back right away, which I found refreshing. It may seem like a small gesture, but I really appreciated it. As for the food, it was decent. We ordered the Grand Rapid Roll, Maple Leaf Roll, Ninja Roll, and the TNT Roll. The TNT Roll was my least favorite; it leaned more towards sweet rather than spicy. "So glad we found this place, 10/10! One of the best ramen places I’ve been to.The prices are much better than Jinya and the food is as good, if not better. Jinya is just “trendier”. Komaya is calm and cozy; feels very traditional. We will definitely be coming here a lot. Sundays are happy hour all day! Servers are very friendly.We had the gyoza, spring rolls, shaggy dog sushi roll, Tonkotsu black ramen, and the Chashu Don rice bowl. The Chashu pork was perfect, wasn’t too fat and great portion."
