"Honestly if I could give this restaurant 0/5 stars, I would. We ordered the Kodari Jjim, menu item S10 (Dried pollocks and bean sprouts steamed in spicy sauce). When we came home and opened our order, we saw there were three pieces of pollack with barely any meat, the majority of the dish being bean sprouts and dduk. This is a large dish, the size of a catering tray. It’s supposed to come with lots of fish, enough to feed 4 people. At every other restaurant in the area, this dish comes packed with both fish and bean sprouts. We called the restaurant, obviously disappointed in the standard of ingredients. When we explained the situation, the manager rudely asked us, “if the food isn’t good, why didn’t you go somewhere else?” instead of offering a solution, like re-making the dish for us or giving us a refund. In fact, he insisted that he made our order himself and it definitely included 10 pieces of fish. It didn’t. To add insult to injury, he told us if we wanted a refund, we needed to bring the dish back to the restaurant. We live far north of the restaurant, 40 minutes away. We used to go to Chung Ki Wa because our family likes to enjoy Korean food, but our neighborhood has a limited offering of Asian restaurants in the area. The fact that the manager was insensitive to this situation and only offered a refund if we were to bring the dish back was disheartening, since we’ve been going out of our way to dine at their restaurant for years. We felt so disrespected as repeat customers, and will definitely not be going back. The quality of food at this restaurant has vastly gone down, and any future diners would be better off at Dae Jang Geum or Hangook Kwan. I recommend you steer clear"

"Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from this place. My family and I wanted to try a new place as most of the KBBQ places around us lack veggies as an option and we wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday so she got full dibs on where to go.This place blew my mind. It's an all you can eat KBBQ joint, but it also has buffet tables full of Korean side dishes (the freshest i've had in a long time), desserts, and UNLIMITED rice (most places charge a dollar a bowl extra). Also an ice cream machine as a plus. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. If you're newer to KBBQ, they often help prep the meals on the grill, and assist with when to turn the meats if needed. Otherwise, they come around fairly often to ask if you'd like to order more or refill water. For pricing, it's $30 dollars for adults on a standard menu, and $39 for the deluxe which includes a couple more options. In all fairness, this is incredibly fair pricing especially with the amount of options you have. PLUS the meat is actually so good, and as an added tip, make sure to use the dipping sauces! They added a gratuity of 18% which was very well deserved with the level of service we got.Overall, I had a favorite KBBQ place, but now this has won my #1 spot!Kid-friendliness: I saw a few tables with babies eating the food, and the staff will bring in Booster seats to help accommodate. It was pretty wholesome.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: When you walk over some of the mats on the floor, it feels like you walk over vents, so kudos to them for accomodating!"
