"I recently ordered a hibachi meal for delivery through Kani House's website, and the total came to nearly $50, including delivery fees, tax, and tip. However, when I opened my meal, I found that the fried rice I had paid an extra $3 for was missing. I called Kani House twice within an hour to inquire about it, and each time, I was told they would check on the rice and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received a return call or the rice. At the very least, I expected an apology and an offer to prepare the rice for delivery or pick-up. The lack of a return call is simply unacceptable."
