"This delightful sushi restaurant is run by a lovely husband and wife team. The portion sizes are generous and the quality of the fish is exceptional. Keep in mind that they have very limited hours, operating from 12 PM to 3 PM, and it’s always bustling with guests. The husband takes care of all the sushi preparation, while the wife manages customer service and other dishes. It's important to be patient with them, as they are working as diligently as possible! On weekends, you can expect a line forming before they open, so plan accordingly. Although there is usually a wait, this little gem is absolutely worth it!"
