"Today was a complete waste of time and money! We were there for maybe an hour tops before having to leave due to poor service, unprofessional staff, extremely poor management and just an unacceptable atmosphere for children. The two young girls running the downstairs had no desire to be there nor cared to address any of the problems. A birthday party came in and was extremely obnoxious, grown kids running through the dining area almost running over little kids, young girls cussing and inappropriately dancing in the game room, and here is a photo of a teenage boy right in front of the employees wearing NO SHIRT! Nothing was done about any of it until I went upstairs and spoke to the manager. I won’t be going here anymore. Honestly the place has gone down hill, it used to be a great family place. Not anymore."
