"Bad service, it was booked in advance for a birthday, it was not received like other restaurants, it was never mentioned that it was a special occasion (birthday), not even in the dessert, and the piece of meat like it was in Water thawed, tasteless, uncooked and hard, I don't think we will be back, this is the third time we go and it was very bad, I don't recommend it"

"Nice little cafe with a good selection of Mediterranean food. We were seated quickly and the rest of the service was fairly quick, even during a busy lunch time. We started with the hummus appetizer and then got two wraps which we split between us Chicken Tawook and Falafel (fried). Each of the wraps came with a small container of hummus and a pita wedge. Nothing fancy in presentation, just the wraps in a basket with the pita tucked underneath. We both preferred the chicken over the falafel. We will return and explore more of the menu"

"We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was fairly spicy. Each person ordered a different kind of enchiladas and tacos and then we traded around so that everyone could try several kinds. We were severed quickly which would be good for people who have an evening engagement. Our only complaint was that it was quick noisy which made it difficult to hear each other at our table."

"Highly recommended. We have been going here for many years and it’s easily one of our favorite places for a casual meal. They are frequently busy and might have a wait. The salads are great, and a “large” is enough for two to share. Weekend brunch is also popular. It’s consistently top quality food-in all these years there was only one time that I felt disappointed by a dish, and that item has been taken off the menu. They’re a casual place but a bit upscale. They have a bar, though I am not a drinker and can’t offer any opinion about the drinks."

"I had and still have great hopes on this restaurant. but every time I dive, we sit for 15-20 minutes before we are greeted by a server. in a seemingly empty restaurant. I tried to use the doubt. but every time, my family sits without server, we are laboriously greeted and rushed through our order, as we sit waiting other tables are welcomed quickly and warm. a young man was so natural with us, never once greeted us after he had waited for 10 min for the table, he literally said the cute on the table, “are you ready?” but then was a coworker or friend sitting in his section and he spent his whole time talking to her about work and weekend plans. he welcomed all his other tables cordially and quickly. same happened tonight, we waited 20 min on our server, although she was friendly, it is hard to overlook how all her other tables were greeted within moments of being fed. in the past we were polite and respectful, tipp 20,% so I don't think I'm on the bad drinking money list. please talk to their servers about equal treatment, do not take from what they see that their tip will be subpar, so they give subpar service."

"The perfect stop when out for a bike ride has to be Red's Alehouse! We sat outside on a beautiful day but have also dined plenty of times inside before too. We got their veggie flatbread and **** Mary on this day but in all the times I've been here, can't go wrong with much! Especially the ****, best I've had in a while. They have deals all week including happy hour so check that out! Pro tip: get the salsa verde on the side, it's delicious with a lot of their breakfast items. ⁣Service staff have always been great and quick, too!"

"We had to Erin 3x for sause. I am not sure where Erin goes after taking our order but we have to wait till she returns to ask for refills, you may ask why... cause NOT one other staff member would make eye contact. If Erin had to work in back (do to weather. Which is very possible) the other staff should have covered her tables. All you can eat only has 6 pieces come at 1x. So dont order if you dont have the time to keep waiting. Waited 10 mins for each plater of only 6. Which took 2.2 secs to eat"

"I've had an issue with the online ordering not showing the restaurant my removal request for nuts. The manager (Conrad) called to apologize and let us what was happening with that which was very much appreciated. He gave a recommendation on how to order in the future so we could make sure the kitchen knows about our allergy which was super helpful because Applebee's is my boyfriend and I'd favorite place to get food from. Anyways the online system error sucks but it's really nice to know that the managers at this place genuinely care about issues like this and are so passionate about it."

"My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a nice early Valentines dinner. Last year we went to the San diego location and everything was perfect. We were hoping to recreate that experience but it didn't really go as planned. First off we made a reservation online. We do not live locally so we gave ourselves an hour to arrive. We checked in about 10 mins early. As we waited, guests were coming in without reservations and seated before us. We thought maybe because we requested a booth but realized these multiple parties were being seated in booths. Confused and upset we considered leaving. It made no sense that you would take care of people without reservations before someone with a reservation. Once we we got to our table which was not a booth , our waitress seemed flustered and all over the place. I waited 15 minutes for a drink refill and honestly she was nowhere to be found. The waiter taking care of the table behind us mentioned specials they were having and an app they offer with discounts. Our waitress never spoke of any of that. We downloaded the app and just listened in to everything that waiter was telling his tables. The food came out great except our fried zucchini. The zucchini pieces were sitting in a lot of grease on the plate. I would suggest downloading the app. We saved about $15 off our bill."

"In Napoli it's a great place to go to hang out, drink and eat, you get the best service with John the bartender he is always on point you don't need to ask for a drink when he's already on his way with a new one, the calamari and the oysters are excellent. The food never disappoints. Go sit at the bar and have a great time you will not be disappointed!!! In Napoli is my new to go spot"

"I have to say honestly, this place really has to bring him together. it's about the 4th time I was at this place and it won't be better. I will not go back. the service sucked, was not friendly at all, had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my meal and it wasn't even right. they want my advice not to drive the additional 20 miles to sedals where it is better or to the city."

"The service at this restaurant is extremely slow and poor. It would be more efficient to cook your own meal at home, as they do not take phone orders or offer curbside pickup. It seems like this place should shut down, as the workers seem to not care about their jobs or the fact that they have one. I gave them a rating of 1 star, but they do not even deserve that. I would suggest avoiding this establishment for dinner, as the price per person ranges from $50 to $100 and the food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1."

"Was honestly disappointed by this place. In the past often here and it was great. At first we went with reservations, but had to wait 15 minutes, angry, but okay, I suppose. The staff was not apologetic at all and was completely stone. We finally sat, but the staff forgot us. 15 minutes passed and we didn't even get water. We decided to go somewhere else, and we told them we'd go ahead because we don't have a service. The staff shredded and said without care. It was depressing to see a place I love to sink to this level of service."

"It was Saturday at 5:45 PM, and the restaurant was just beginning to fill up. We were thankful for our reservations. The food was decent, although my wife mentioned that the filet had a bit of a gamey taste. Our server kindly offered to prepare her another one. It took a while, but she returned not only with a new steak but also a loaded baked potato! My wife said the second steak was much better. I enjoyed my ribeye, although it was slightly overcooked for medium rare. Don't expect prime grade meat here; it’s more in the choice-plus category."

"The place was surprisingly quiet, which should have been a red flag considering the massive festival happening right outside the door. The situation inside was chaotic; we had to remind the staff multiple times to bring our drinks. The food was disappointing, especially given its low quality—it felt quite cheap. When the servers took away our plates, they attempted to wipe down the table while we were still sitting there, leaving a half-cleaned sauce on the surface. We then waited far too long for the bill, despite being the only other customers in the restaurant, apart from what seemed to be the owners."

"If you are looking for a low key dining experience with high key service, look no further. Char Bar No. 7 is the place to be. From an aesthetic standpoint, there are tasteful decorations all over and plenty of televisions to watch to your hearts desire. The food was equally as pleasing. We started off with the fried pickles as well as a ceasar salad and a field greens salad. The produce was fresh and plated beautifully. Shortly after we finished our appetizer, our meals arrived. The ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium and the fries were hot and well seasoned. The smothered chicken was insanely delicious with its marinated mushrooms and sautéed onions. Our server, Kristina kept our drinks full and checked on us after each first bite of a course to ensure we were liking what we received. Char Bar No. 7 was wonderful and we are looking forward to visiting again soon."
