"Tonight I tried Fusion Sushi located on PCH in Torrance. Despite my initial disappointment in the diameter size of my Sushi Rolls ? I realized that I should put aside my negativities and dive in. The food tasted absolutely amazing. Instead of six slices of sushi I was surprised to see there was actually eight slices. I purchased the Shrimp Roll ? that was pretty good and a Lobster Roll which I strongly recommend as it was bursting with flavor.However, I could not tell if it was Lobster or miniature Shrimps in place of it, lol. ?As for my drink, I think they could have given a more generous size of their yummy raspberry iced tea as it wasn't very big.Price was fairly reasonable and comparative to how delicious the meal was. My dinner tonight was fantastic and I'm most definitely going to return.4 Stars from me. If you're looking for a great local sushi spot and haven't stopped in yet, then you have to try them. "This is the kind of overpriced place where you take your boomer great aunt when she wants to brag about how cultured she is. I didn't spit it out, but the rice was dry, the sushi bland, the Wasabi was a disturbingly florescent green, and the tea and miso soup was largely chalky in taste. The atmosphere is that of a higher end sushi establishment with the food quality I'd expect out of a stop and shop pre-made section... unfortunately the price reflects the former. There are other sushi places near by that will give you a much bigger bang for your buck don't let the shiny decorations fool you"

"Kumho, I am so sorry I have to do this. I’ve been going here for 5 years and as of the last 2-3 months my family has gotten food poisoning twice after eating here. Last time I thought it may have been somewhere or something. But the facts are that just last night and this morning my wife is sick to her stomach after eating here….same for me two months ago after eating here. Something has definitely changed at this restaurant and they are just not on top of food safety standards or quality like they once were. Considering we tip phenomenal to the chef and the staff …..something has to be done. Whether you have 8 people at a table or 2 the food needs to be safe without exception. I simply cannot bring my family here anymore and would appreciate a refund."

"Crab egg rolls are my favorite, service really depends on who is working and the sticky rice doesn't hold very well (shown in the photo attached) the last couple of times I've been here. Spider roll, Philadelphia roll, are definitely my favorite basic rolls and there are plenty of specialty rolls that I love too they have such a great selection it never is boring."

"One of our go to Japanese restaurants on the Upper West Side. I usually have sashimi, but this time I had a light meal mushroom soup and avocado salad. Both were spectacular. "Partner really liked his pepper steak, raved about the crunchy veggies tasty beef. I have been before and I always order a spicy dish. The owner took the order, and I specified I liked it spicy. Once again they look at me with my very pale pink skin, reddish brown hair and blue eyes and think I lied. Out comes my Thai basil chicken. They say it is medium spicy on the menu. I looked. I was very hungry. No chili flakes. I tasted, no chili oil. I looked again, where are the chilis? It was in a sauce the same as my husband's dish. Very sweet, no heat. Why so sweet, haiyaa! Thai basil? Where? Szechuan peppercorn? Nope. I am so hungry, but once again they serve me food about as spicy Yorkshire pudding, nursery Mac and cheese, tuna casserole. WHERE IS THE HEAT!!! THE SPICE??I want to like this place, hubby is so happy there. Alas. I asked why it is not spicy, and the very pleasant waitress brought a bowl of chilies in oil. Was this not available to the chef? "I am surprised by all the positive reviews. Our night was not so good. We waited a long time for food. We dined in, but the kitchen were too focused on pumping out foods for take-out people. Hello? We are dining in and tipping! Appetizer came in half hour. Main course not even ready even after an hour. We cannot wait anymore, we had to cancel our order. Suggestions to the restaurant, hire another waitress, simplify the menu. There were so many choices on the menu, it's no wonder it takes the kitchen too long to make the food!"

"Absolutely the best fried rice I've ever had! I tried the steak fried rice, and it’s quite different from traditional Chinese fried rice. It's incredibly delicious, tastes fresh, and the steak is always cooked to perfection; it's never tough to chew. I've visited several times with my family and can confidently say the quality is consistently excellent. The customer service is fantastic—every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The sushi is outstanding, always fresh each time we order it. The seasoning on the chicken is delightful and comes with a wonderfully sweet sauce. The pork egg rolls are a must-try—crispy and delicious every single time! "Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."

"my partner and I found this hidden gem a year ago. we have loved to come and enjoy a lot of food for a decent price! the quality is up to par with places that load much more. we loved the old QR code function for contactless ordering. I feel, however, as if the service and quality have begun to sink. my recent visit, 8/6/22, has confirmed this decline. my partner and I ordered two appetizers and six roll sushi, we ate with our eyes safe. unfortunately I bite in my one roll and stabbed a sharp piece of plastic. Now, in the rule, I would brush it off and try not to say anything, but it pushed me to the point that my gum started to bleed. I brought it to my server attentiveness and he said he would draw it into the kitchens. in the meantime we check and pay for our $75 bill without a single penny taken off. Now I don't expect a full refund, but if I spend more than $60 every time and then I have to crush a whole roll because of a piece of plastic in my food. I expect something. I wanted to be satisfied as if I had been in the past, but I am not sure if I will feel comfortable to know again that it feels that it could happen again."

"To begin, I have only ordered the acquisition of Zenzo Sushi. Tonight, I have to enjoy her grandmakese all for me. The restaurant was busy, but I was the only one in the sushi bar. The cook that seemed like one of the owners (Ken) was very nice and explained to me what was served. The server I had (Snow) was also incredibly friendly and very fast. I tried King Salmon for the first time and I don't think I can ever look back. This tasty seafood head was actually enjoyable and it was absolutely delicious, just like all the pieces in the Grandmakese. I can't expect to pay another visit to this place. Another great sushi location in Westchester County. I added her Tuna Tower and other photos of Sushi that were amazing. I'm visiting this place almost every week for Ken and Snow. Really a great experience every time."

"For $31 all you can eat sushi, this is pretty hard to beat. The quality of the fish is surprisingly good and the hand rolls are a generous portion of fish. The service is super attentive and quick. It’s a great deal for the price and satisfies your sushi cravings. Recommend the spicy salmon hand roll!"
