"My family and I just stayed at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborpalce Hotel this past weekend. The hotel itself was very nice. The location was amazing!! Right near everything we came for which was perfect with kids. The room was very spacious. We unfortunately paid for a room with a view of the Bay but the only view was from the reflection through windows in another building across from us. I would have said something that night but we were all exhausted from the trip. Also once we finally get to our room after walking through 3 different hallways after exiting the elevator I was not going to make my kids pack up and head to a different room. The room was clean but there was something splattered and dried up all over the dresser in the room. No garbage bags in any of the pails, no body wash in the shower, and the rooms were so warm. I had asked room service for body wash and she said she was out so they handed me a couple bars of soap. I also needed to ask for toilet paper because there was only one roll, and tissues because there were 4 left in the box. The AC would not cool down the room (in February )and we needed to open the window which meant we could hear everything outside all night long. Having to keep the window open also meant we had to had to keep the curtains open to feel the cool air which let all the lights in as well. So we did not get the best night sleep..... Part of our stay also included the following: Rate Information: Two for Breakfast rate, includes see Rate Rules Stay for Breakfast rate Includes breakfast in hotel restaurant for up to 2 adults and children 12 years old and under registered in the same room. There was a pass on our dresser for each morning of our stay. The first morning the waiter gave us a lot of trouble using the passes and the second morning the gentleman working said we could use the pass to get one item under $10. So my husband used it to get a coffee and we just got on the road to head home instead of paying a fortune for our family to eat after just paying so much to stay there. Overall not the best hotel experience we have ever had which is unfortunate because we were trying to give our kids a fun few days away during their winter break from school."

"My hubs I went here b/c I bought a Groupon for it. I was dismayed by 2 of the 3 reviews I read online; however, we were pleasntly surprized. Nice atmosphere, not noisy, attentive service. We both got meat since it was a steakhouse. Hubs got filet mignon; I got rib steak. Tasty and presented nicely. White tablecloths cinched a pleasant nite out. only 4 stars b/c I thought it was a bit expensive if we did not have the groupon.... I think we might return...."

"My first time was PHENOMINAL! food was delicious, service was AMAZING, Teresa is SUCH a doll. Kind of made me want to actually just come in and eat with her. Such a sweet heart, super attentive, so helpful. I just can't! Not too sure what I liked better, her attention or the food because let me tell you everyone got something different here at work and there was not a single complaint. Second time calling in for an order wasn't as successful (Teresa didn't take my call) but thankfully the food was still perfect and delicious! Thank you so much for your services Teresa and staff, keep up the good work! p.s the chicken and rice soup is phenomenal. LOVE it and you!"
