"A safe choice for a hotel at the inner Harbor as there are plenty of rooms available. The rooms were nice and we chose one that overlook the harbor which was worth the extra cost. I will say we stayed during a convention event happening in the hotels, so the elevators were always jampacked with people, and there was often a wait. The hotel staff was nice when I was able to speak with them however, I did make a few requests for the room and never heard anything back. I’d imagine if you went during the weekday or when there was not an event you’d probably get more attention. Otherwise, an OK stay And parking is not covered by the hotel you have to pay for that separately in the garage. Also, they stipulate free Wi-Fi, but that’s only if you create a Marriott Bonvoy account I’d rather spend the $12 to not have them market to me."

If want a great place to stay for the inner harbor, you couldn't do better. Also we came in super late and the desk clerk was great help.

The front desk was amazing dealing with so many people on a Saturday. Was able to get us in a little early. Parking was easy and the location was perfect. Drinks at the bar were tasty!

Leak in the ceiling, my daughter's clothes and coat were soaked after it rained all night. It was an old leak that was painted over. The beds are as hard as a rock. I was unable to get coffee at Starbucks (espresso machine was broken). Our room was on the inner side with no view as titanium elite members.

I expect more from a Renaissance. No valet when I arrived. Ok. I parked myself but it was as not a good experience. I’m not downloading the parking app and giving you all my information. “Starbucks” was one person working during a major conference. I felt so bad for him. I over tipped. My bathtub was stopped up and tub was dirty. Lobby bar also not enough staff. I expect more from Marriott.

Stay overall was uneventful. I was upgraded when I checked in which was very kind of them to do. I had issues with communication during my stay I tried to called for room service several times and was met with voicemail. I called the front desk several different times and no one ever picked up. Ended up going down to the restaurant to order food and it was pretty overpriced for what they give you. Wouldn't recommend staying here View menu

At check in Dayshawn see the tone for this stay he was rude and uninviting. I heard about his lunch order and what he planned to do. Checking me in wasn't something he was interested in. He told me I had to pay for parking even though it was included with my room rate and didn't care to check when I brought it to his attention. The TV didn't work and no one answered the phone internally or when I called on my cell. This used to be my go to harbor hotel but never again!!

Arrived to get room keys because online check-in is a thing. Lobby desk turned us away b/c Room is not ready. We 'll call you when it is. No callback 45 minutes later. Went back to lobby 50 minutes later on a hunch and found 40 people now in line whom also online checked-in as well. Tried to cope with the wait by ordering a $tty martini from the hotel bar. It was served in a wine glass. So lesson learned: 1. No such thing as a real online check in 2. Understand the quality of martini you 'll recieve when it arrives in a wine glass. 3. Don 't expect the staff at this hotel to care. On the plus side, valet gentlemen was very helpful with parking. As good as he was, let 's hope he 's not the on...

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
