"Frustrated, I asked another waitress to bring the manager over. When he arrived, I showed him the ribs, which were mostly fat. He acknowledged that ribs should ideally be lean and agreed they were cold upon delivery. I asked what could be done about the situation, and he offered to take half off the cost. However, when I reviewed the bill later, I felt he should have offered a full refund. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she suggested that my eating some of the ribs might be the reason for not refunding the entire amount. Interestingly, they both looked at the ribs as if they wouldn't eat them either.
I also want to note that there are dietary guidelines regarding pork; it should be cooked properly, and fatty ribs should not be served if they are undercooked. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the quality of the food."
