"Frustrated, I asked another waitress to bring the manager over. When he arrived, I showed him the ribs, which were mostly fat. He acknowledged that ribs should ideally be lean and agreed they were cold upon delivery. I asked what could be done about the situation, and he offered to take half off the cost. However, when I reviewed the bill later, I felt he should have offered a full refund. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she suggested that my eating some of the ribs might be the reason for not refunding the entire amount. Interestingly, they both looked at the ribs as if they wouldn't eat them either. I also want to note that there are dietary guidelines regarding pork; it should be cooked properly, and fatty ribs should not be served if they are undercooked. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the quality of the food."

I always enjoy visiting Fishbones; the food and drinks are consistently excellent. My cousin and I dined there yesterday, and we had a truly wonderful waitress named Joy C. She was incredibly pleasant, embodying her name perfectly—she was an absolute joy to have serve us!

Our waitress decided a table of 5 was more important than our table of 3, gave us bad service , we had to constantly remind her of things she forgot to bring us , Fishbones automatically adds a 15% tip to your bill , regardless of your service. You should be able to decide the tip you think is deserved !!!!! We won't be back because of this !

It was Mothers day , so I expected it to be busy. The food was fair, not as good as expected. The breadxwas warm and good. Our appetizers were crab stuffed mushrooms and calamari. The mushrooms were great, calamari was rubbery. Mom's entree was crab stuffed shrimp, it was rubbery. My daughter loved her raw fish plate. The kids ordered Mac and cheese, it was Kraft?. This was just a dinner date for my wife and I and we started with drinks which were good. However, the food's taste was unremarkable, neither very good nor very bad. Our server was friendly but had to be reminded of our condiment request after a significant delay. The restaurant's ambiance, noise level and cleanliness were all very good. There was an 18% gratuity automatically added to the bill and I prefer to reward good service with my gratuity not have it mandated. We can't say that our overall experience was a good value considering the cost (pricey) and the other details mentioned.

My experience here has been good for the most part. The service is okay. The food is good, and fresh. It's definitely not a cheap restaurant. The biggest thing is they started to add in an 18 percent tip to the bill. I am not a fan of this practice for a few reasons. 1st the wait staff seems to not be as attentive to check up on you. There is no longer an incentive because they know they are guaranteed a tip. And 2nd bc it's not for the restaurant to decide what I am choosing to tip. If my service is good I'll always give above 20% if not then you get 15% at minimum. With that being said I do enjoy the food here.
