"I wish I could give it no stars. I'm not just being rude either. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had! I ordered the ham and salami 4 in. There was hardly anything in it, one thin slice of ham and one thin slice of salami. It was all bread. This place really does need to close down I'm sorry to say. They can't find any help but that's not excuse for poor quality. I love mancino's and eat at a lot of other ones. But never again this one It was awful!! "My first time in Mancino was 09/27/12. I went with a friend who had made me talk. The food was great. Service SUCKED! We waited for our food for an hour [it was kind of busy] and the house past I began to notice that all who came after us were already served. I went back to the counter and the lady said they lost the ticket!! Not only did they lose ours, they lost a table behind us and that next to us 't get all their order and they were told it would be another 15 minutes before their other pizza would be ready. They offered us bread sticks to open up for the lost tickets, I had enough food. It's led by high school kids that's the problem. I will eat there again and hope for a better service if not I will not go back."

"I didn’t catch the name of the wonderful woman who took my order and personally delivered it (she might have been on her way home). She was fantastic, and I’m really thankful for her bringing me my dinner. As a truck driver, I was out of driving time and stuck at the Gallops truck stop. Thanks once again for delivering my meal! I’m sure the pizza will be great, but it’s probably cold now because I’m writing this review. ?"

"Order our food decided to make it combo instead since the pop was 2.79 and the combo was 2.99 the lady couldn’t figure out how to change it so manager comes to change it and says 3.89 more how does a 40 cents change come to 3.89 he says it’s for the chips wow simple math they can’t do! Yes they are now charging 3.75% extra it you use a debit or credit card! Can’t afford to eat there anymore. We will NOT be back"

"I was unhappy the minute I walked in. There was a stench in the restaurant that couldn't be ignored. The tea hadn't been cleaned or changed. There were a ton of gnats at the drinks station because of the uncleaned and unchanged tea. The ice was dirty, somuch so that I diddnt even feel safe to retrieve any from the dispenser. And to top off that experience, even though we were notcharged for the sauce, we requested three, marinara, nacho, and garlic and butter. We get home, and no sauce. Very unhappyconsidering we spent over 50.00 and left a 15% tip. Needless to say we will NOT BE RETURNING. I advise the same to whomeverreads this review of mine. Oh yeah and my other half states there wasn't even cheese on the sandwich he ordered which was a hotham and cheese sandwhich."
