"I wish I could give it no stars. I'm not just being rude either. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had! I ordered the ham and salami 4 in. There was hardly anything in it, one thin slice of ham and one thin slice of salami. It was all bread. This place really does need to close down I'm sorry to say. They can't find any help but that's not excuse for poor quality. I love mancino's and eat at a lot of other ones. But never again this one It was awful!! This restaurant has the best food, no question about it. I visited when they opened at 4:00 and was impressed by the girl who took my order. She even talked to me about making it a combo. It's rare to find such good workers.

I placed an order for takeout and went to pick it up at 1:53pm. The restaurant told me they had no record of my order and claimed they were closed. After some confusion, they mentioned that they may have given my order to DoorDash along with another one. Despite still being open until 2pm, they refused to remake my sandwich because they said they were "closed."
