"There 's an old joke about Cheesecake Factory...despite their quite lengthy, multi-page menu, you can 't find anything you want to eat. I 'm not sure why that makes sense, but it wasn 't my experience ordering delivery from them for dinner. Their full menu is available online, including all their cheesecake slices, AND including entire cheesecakes if you find yourself in a situation where you need an entire cheesecake. (These things happen! We 've been eating at one Cheesecake Factory or another since the dawn of time and we appreciate the generally consistent quality, frequent menu reinventions, and that yummy, yummy bread they give at the beginning. (Even with delivery! On this particular order, my wife and I shared Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes off the Appetizers menu. (Which got me thinking, what really is the difference between the 'Small Plates Snacks ' and 'Appetizers ' menu??? These were delicious...lots of flavor with nicely sweet tamales. Also, and this time from the Small Plates Snacks menu, we got the Korean Fried Cauliflower. Also a yummy treat with a unique flavor profile done well. It seems you could eat over and over at Cheesecake Factory and not have the same meal twice...maybe that 's the source of the joke...what kind of restaurant is this...American? International, all of the above...Like if you 're in the mood for Italian you might pick an Italian restaurant and you 'll have a pretty good idea of the dishes and flavor profiles you can choose from. Here you can literally get almost anything...breakfast, Italian, American, Small Plates, Tapas, Pizzas...it goes on and on...so one can understand, after the arduous task of finally deciding where to eat, arriving at Cheesecake Factory and realizing you have so many more decisions to make. Thankfully the quality is universally good so you almost can 't go wrong. Choose wisely."

"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better cooks with more than one style of cooking who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. The burned cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"I had a very disappointing experience with my salad at Cheesecake today. I usually love the almond-crusted salmon salad and have enjoyed it many times before, but tonight was a different story. The salmon was almost nonexistent. I understand that supplies can be limited, but for a $20 salad, I expected more salmon. To make matters worse, there were no almonds in it; it was just a mess. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she only brought me some crushed almonds, but that didn’t resolve the issue. We had to just accept it as it was."

"The mango cheesecake crust was poorly executed, being chewy, sticky, and overly sweet. The manager's excuse was that it was intentional and even added that it was her favorite. I would rate this cheesecake 1 star, and I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The manager was dismissive and seemed more focused on her own preferences rather than customer service. The wait time was long, and the disappointment continued with a doughy crust."

"My husband and I were looking for a peaceful night away from our busy lives, and this restaurant was perfect for that. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet followed Covid guidelines, making us feel safe. The food was amazing and definitely worth the price. Our waitress was outstanding, she was professional but also very welcoming. It was exactly what we needed."

"I met my friend there this past Wednesday to celebrate her birthday. We met at the location in the Walt Whitman mall We were seated in a booth as we had requested. There we sat for about 20 minutes before our server acknowledged us . After taking our order we didn’t receive so much as water for another 1/2 hour . She disappeared for about 50 minutes . I went to the front and mentioned we hadn’t seen our server .we asked what’s taking so long? She claimed it was because I ordered my burger well done . Well my burger arrives and not only wasn’t it well done but it wasn’t the one I ordered . I send it back and my friend starts eating her fish which was a bit cold and I wait . Someone from management was taking care of me now and he brings me a new order . Also not the one I ordered and with fries not the salad I ordered . This was the 2 nd attempt How does a restaurant take 4 tries to fill a simple order. No apology when it took 2 more tries to get my simple order correct . I had to pack it up cause I wasn’t hungry any longer . We got a slice of cheesecake we had to ask for which they give bday people anyway and an accusation from the actual manger I asked for that nothing about our horrible experience was a big deal and I just didn’t want to pay for hamburger. He kept saying the incorrect orders were no big deal. I guess they wanted me to pay and eat what they wanted not what I wanted . The upsetting part was they felt they did nothing wrong . The miserable attitude complimented the miserable experience of a restaurant that used to be a fun good place to dine . Turns out our server was apparently covering us on the opposite side of the restaurant where her section was and was offering no service to us under protest cause she had to go back and forth . Her misery was clearly visible as she never once checked on us .Apparently everyone is unhappy there which means management isn’t doing their job and needs to move to a quiet location where they can sit and not do anything. Unprofessional and angry attitude there . Stick with places that are happy to see customers.also, I made several attempts to call and leave a voicemail for their customer service as you can’t get one on the phone during business hours so after 4 voicemail attempts I gave up and decided never to return. Parking: Typical mall lot with traffic and hard to find parking."

"The service is probably the best we had in a long time. Our server Jamese was so personal that we could not help, but every time she died to check us out. I started with a good Mannered Dirty Martini. I suggest you ask for him extra dirty. The food was delicious, but we wished we knew our lunch special didn't come with something other than the duck. We might have expected a salad or a soup, but that was our first time we had asked. Overall we had a great time and the restaurant is beautiful. We definitely go back and start this time with an appetizer."

"Jonah’s is my favorite restaurant! Even though we live in Champaign, we visit as often as we can. We went there to celebrate my birthday, and if you mention it’s a special occasion, they will print it on their menu and treat you to the most incredible chocolate cake! "We don't typically dine at chain restaurants, but some friends recommended we try out their happy hour special. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. They offered $5 margaritas, mojitos, Long Island iced teas, and more, but what really impressed me was the $5 appetizer deal. The four of us split a plate of 4 burger sliders, 4 southwestern egg rolls, a generous portion of nachos, and about 8 crab rangoon. These appetizers were more than enough for our meal. The only downside was the slow service, as mentioned in other reviews. Despite that, I would definitely return for happy hour."

"I had a wonderful experience. The staff here is very welcoming. The food here was good, for starters, i odered flat bread pizza, which was crunchy loadedwith veggies just the way i wanted. For the main course i odered two different kinds of Pastas, the spicy chicken Chipotle pasta tasted great. The sauce was full of flavors and it had all the right ingredients. The second Pasta Evelyn's pasta lacked that punch in the sauce. Rest these guyz allow you to customize their food which i think is superb. Rest, i think otherwise its a wonderful place and one should at least once for the experience."

"We did go on a Saturday around 1-2pm so please keep this in mind for my review. It was packed, for those covid conscious this may not be the place for you. Thanks to my anxiety we requested an outdoor seat far enough away from other customers. First off, the food was perfect! Loved the cauliflower tacos. Simple side of plain brown rice and black beans to go with it. My partner ordered the Cobb salad, was delicious as well. Not many options for those that are vegan though, so not our first choice. His son enjoyed the steak and potatoes, was cooked perfectly for him. The only negative point was the staff. No one seemed happy, it was extremely busy, they seemed worn down. No masks were being used, and I didn't see sanitization happening. Other than that, I wouldn't go back, but it was a good first time to try, mostly so his son had somewhere we knew he would enjoy eating."

"Took my mom and wife here for lunch on a Saturday. We were surprised that the wait was only 15 minutes (compared to hours in Toronto . Our go to dish is the Sheila’s salad (avocado salad with chicken and Korean style baked cauliflower. We also ordered tuna nacho chips as well but was a bit disappointed about how little tuna was included in the nachos. Overall we really like this place as the dishes were super consistent between locations (Toronto, Buffalo, Las Vegas, and now Seattle . We didn’t get any cheesecake this time as we were quite full but sometime we just stop here for dessert . Also the servers here are always very tentative and helpful!"

"This is the worst Cheesecake Factory ever. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. The food came out cold. We never saw our waiter again after he took our order. The food was so dry we had to ask for more sauce but that took another 20 minutes and by that time we were over it. I understand you’re busy and the kitchen is backed up. Maybe you should not take in more customers if you can’t handle the ones sitting at a table ordering. I give this location a absolute zero."

"One of my favorite restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory, offers a vast selection of food and drink options, and the service has consistently been excellent. During my recent visit, we ordered the grilled chicken and avocado club, fish tacos, and a slice of the classic Basque cheesecake, which is a wonderfully creamy and delicious burnt-top cheesecake. The portion sizes here are quite generous, making it easy to share main courses with family and friends. The only drawback is that this location tends to get very busy during peak hours, with wait times sometimes extending up to an hour. For instance, we arrived around 1 PM and had a 20-minute wait, but on previous visits at 4 PM, it took an hour to be seated. I believe the wait is worth it, and I understand that The Cheesecake Factory now accepts online reservations, which is a good option if you'd like to avoid waiting. Fortunately, they send you a notification on your phone when your table is ready, and you’re treated to a complimentary serving of brown and white bread with butter as you await your meal. I also highly recommend trying their Impossible Burger, a fantastic vegan option that tastes amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent service, pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food."

"We went to the Haywood Mall location on 2/18/2023. I had made a reservation WEEKS in advance for a table 5 p.m. , so be mindful that if your planning on wanting to enjoy a dinner here on the weekends. It books up fast!!!! Wait time, without a reservation on this particular Saturday, was up to 2 2 ½ hours. We did have to wait 15 minutes for our reserved table. We were seated had placed our drink/appetizers/entrées orders by 5:23 p.m. PLACE WAS PACKED! To go orders were lining up along with the in house orders. We waited 20 minutes for our appetizers. Then another 15 for our entrées to be brought to the table. Food was AMAZING as expected. Large portions. Could definitely be split with someone else, for me, that is. Others enjoy the large portions. I have zero complaints about our visit. It was one of the best Saturday evenings out I've had in a while! Once the meals were out the way, it was time for the most important part of the evening..... CHEESECAKE They have SOOOOOO many options. Everything looked so delicious, it was honestly hard for me to decide because I do not discriminate when it comes to cheesecake flavors. The Oreo Extreme, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet, Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, Fresh Strawberry, Mango Key Lime Pie, Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake MANY more. It took me the 24 minutes of standing in line to order, just to decide on what I was bringing home. I waited 13 minutes after ordering, to receive my ever so perfect Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake. Ever bit of deliciousness I saw with my eyes, my taste buds got to enjoy as well. Everything was worth the time money spent! I will be returning for my birthday this year, even tho this location isn't involved with the birthday rewards program. 10 out of 10"
