"We went to the Haywood Mall location on 2/18/2023. I had made a reservation WEEKS in advance for a table 5 p.m. , so be mindful that if your planning on wanting to enjoy a dinner here on the weekends. It books up fast!!!! Wait time, without a reservation on this particular Saturday, was up to 2 2 ½ hours. We did have to wait 15 minutes for our reserved table. We were seated had placed our drink/appetizers/entrées orders by 5:23 p.m. PLACE WAS PACKED! To go orders were lining up along with the in house orders. We waited 20 minutes for our appetizers. Then another 15 for our entrées to be brought to the table. Food was AMAZING as expected. Large portions. Could definitely be split with someone else, for me, that is. Others enjoy the large portions. I have zero complaints about our visit. It was one of the best Saturday evenings out I've had in a while! Once the meals were out the way, it was time for the most important part of the evening..... CHEESECAKE They have SOOOOOO many options. Everything looked so delicious, it was honestly hard for me to decide because I do not discriminate when it comes to cheesecake flavors. The Oreo Extreme, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet, Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, Fresh Strawberry, Mango Key Lime Pie, Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake MANY more. It took me the 24 minutes of standing in line to order, just to decide on what I was bringing home. I waited 13 minutes after ordering, to receive my ever so perfect Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake. Ever bit of deliciousness I saw with my eyes, my taste buds got to enjoy as well. Everything was worth the time money spent! I will be returning for my birthday this year, even tho this location isn't involved with the birthday rewards program. 10 out of 10"

After making a reservation, we still had to wait a bit before being seated, but the wait was only about 10 minutes. Our waitress was both pleasant and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious! We've never had a negative experience here and that's why we keep coming back.

Great place to eat! I didn't actually order a meal rather I shared a appetizer plate of sliders that was almost a meal in itself. I was very satisfied. The cheesecake was delicious and there are so many different choices I wanted to try. The service was great as well. Definitely recommend

Despite being very busy, the service was quick and efficient. Sandra was very friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of options on the menu. Their version of the Monte Cristo sandwich was a tasty twist on the classic. While not necessary, we were pleased that we had made reservations online. We will definitely be returning when we are back in town!

We had lunch here. It was crowded as usual. The service was great. Our waitress did a great job of handling the rush. The food was delicious as always. The only ding I have is that the gluten free bun on my burger was very dry. So dry in fact that the bottom bun was split when it came. The entire bottom bun fell apart as I tried to eat the burger. It is great that they have a gluten free option. I just wish they had gone with a better grade of gf bun.

The Cheesecake Factory is a very intimate setting with soft lighting and low music. It is a perfect place to go on a date. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is very clean, the food is delicious and can not forget the amazing Cheesecake! I highly recommend going here. Enjoy an appetizer, food, dessert and a nice adult drink if you like. Also with it being in the Mall you can shop, go out eat a nice meal and even shop some more or maybe go out for a movie. As for dessert, it was alright; however, it was definitely NOT cheesecake. I didn’t detect even a hint of cream cheese, especially for the $10 price tag per slice. A friend of mine ordered the Cajun Pasta but had to send it back because it lacked any flavor. In total, we ended up spending over $200, including tips, for two bills, which was truly disappointing. It felt like a waste of hard-earned money, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant or return myself.

Next, I tried the tamale salad. It was decent, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The tamales would have worked better as a main dish, and there was an excessive amount of avocado and sour cream that overshadowed the other flavors. The flatbread pizza was acceptable; the pepperoni was tasty and had a nice crispness. I have no complaints about the cheesecake—it was quite delightful. Overall, while the menu looks promising, the meal itself didn’t live up to the hype.
