"Took my mom and wife here for lunch on a Saturday. We were surprised that the wait was only 15 minutes (compared to hours in Toronto . Our go to dish is the Sheila’s salad (avocado salad with chicken and Korean style baked cauliflower. We also ordered tuna nacho chips as well but was a bit disappointed about how little tuna was included in the nachos. Overall we really like this place as the dishes were super consistent between locations (Toronto, Buffalo, Las Vegas, and now Seattle . We didn’t get any cheesecake this time as we were quite full but sometime we just stop here for dessert . Also the servers here are always very tentative and helpful!"

The waitress was wonderful. The kitchen was slow. We were going to the theater and ended up not having time to have cheesecake.

The service here was great. So much variety on the menu is hard to actually choose something. Always a good place to go when you are in downtown

The Thai chilli prawns appetiser, sweet potato fries and the Godiva chocolate cheesecake and utterly delicious. I thought having only an appetiser would leave room for a whole cheesecake slice but I couldn’t finish it, thank goodness for take home boxes! The JW pink lemonade (vodka based) was very good and our server was so lovely. View menu

Our party of eight had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. Despite arriving a little before 5pm on a Saturday, we only had to wait 25 minutes for a table. Our server was efficient and attentive, ensuring that everyone was satisfied with their meals. Additionally, gluten-free options such as buns and cheesecake were available.

Very nice atmosphere. Some dishes are really tasty while others are not very special. Burgers are great, recommend mac n cheese burger. Servants are very friendly. Host is okay but not super welcoming, maybe because they are very busy and big line up. Public parking is available but prices are outrageous. Usually street parking can be found in area for fraction of price.

The cheesecake at this restaurant is consistently delicious! The angel hair pasta and avocado egg rolls are excellent choices. It's a fantastic spot for gathering with friends and enjoying good food. The staff is friendly and attentive. This restaurant is perfect for dining in with a large group. Everything on the menu is exceptional! I will definitely be returning here again and again! We had a difficult time making online reservations while traveling through Seattle and not having a local phone. When I called to make reservations, I was informed that they do not take reservations over the phone and that we needed to reserve online. We were simply trying to dine at The Cheesecake Factory. It should not be so challenging to make a reservation and be required to become a member.

The Cheesecake Factory has always been a restaurant that we go to whenever we are in Seattle. This time was a bit of a disappointment though. My wife's medium rare petite filled mignon came well done. My Louisiana fried chicken pasta came with the driest pieces of chicken fingers and tasteless pasta. The restaurant decor definitely needs an update. Cheesecake there though still pretty good. I'd suggest just get the Cheesecakes to go !!
