"Excellent meal with great recommendations from our server. Lots of variety of cocktails and enjoyed our entrees with Indian influence. Highly recommending a strategy to share shareables and entrees so you can sample many things on this great menu. We love the tuna and cauliflower appetizers! Butter chicken and truffle naan were so flavorful and left us full and so impressed with the use of so many delicious flavors. This was our first stop coming from the airport as visitors to the area. Wouldn’t have changed that and excited to get back again for another meal there next time we are visiting."

"We had reservations and got seated immediately. The food and drinks were great. Our waitress Candace was a sweetheart and helped us as much as she could. Though the drinks and appetizers came out at a reasonable time, the entrees took about a hour to make it to our table. If did inconvenience us by taking so long. As soon as we got our food we had to pack it up. When I got home with my food I was impressed, maybe just get my salad dressing on the side so my lettuce wouldn’t be wilted. Also less sauce on the Korean fried cauliflower, the sauce was a bit overly sweet and overwhelming. I would come back and give it another try maybe on a lesser busy day."

"I ordered the Steak Diane, which features medallion-cut steaks topped with a wine and mushroom sauce, accompanied by mashed potatoes. I asked for my steaks to be cooked medium rare, but unfortunately, they came out well done. On the positive side, the steaks were tender, and the wine sauce had a slightly sweet flavor. However, I found the mashed potatoes to be bland and ended up adding a lot of salt to them. A guest at the adjacent table even mentioned she had to do the same with her meal. My husband ordered a pizza dish, which he enjoyed, while my aunt tried the fish tacos but only ate one of the four, as they apparently lacked flavor. We decided to skip dessert on this visit. Overall, I would rate our experience a 4 out of 5. Our waitress was fantastic—prompt, genuine, funny, and attentive. She efficiently refilled our water glasses without us having to ask and was observant enough to address our needs promptly. I appreciated her helpful suggestions on drinks and food while we were ordering; it’s frustrating to be in a restaurant with a server who replies with “I don’t know” or “I don’t eat here.” It always makes me question whether I should dine there myself. "This has been on my go-to list for a long time now. Being a dessert fan, I just had to try the cheesecakes here. <br/ <br/ The location is convenient and although the place looks deceptively small from the outside, it is pretty huge inside with a large number of booths. Unfortunately, this also means getting the servers attention is pretty hard.  <br/ <br/ The food is ok, special mention to the fried calamari with the garlic sauce; crispy and just perfect. Portion sizes are pretty huge, so its worth the price tag. Moving on to the much awaited part, the cheesecakes! Quite a huge variety, took our time deciding on what to order. Settled on the red velvet cheesecake. Was delish, but a little too rich. The biscuit base was too little and the cheesecake portion, very large. That threw the balance off making it quite heavy and rich. Flavor wise, fantastic and definitely lived up to the hype. Edit: I dropped in more recently, to order a takeaway on the cheesecake and the staffer was fantastic; very helpful. Decided on the Godiva Chocolate cheesecake (pic below) and it was just perfect-o!"

"Food was great. Atmosphere was great, until they cranked up the music to where you couldn't hear what the person across the table was saying. Service was not so good. Taz came by and started off real good. Then it was like pulling teeth to get him to wait on us. We never got drink refills. He was back our way numerous times, but after waiting on the other tables, he wouldn't even look at us to see if we needed anything more. We asked for 2 cheesecakes to go bc we had waited so long and the music was giving us headaches. About 35 minutes later he came with them. And then we had to wai another 20 minutes on the check. Will definitely go back to TCF, but not if Taz is working."

"The Cheesecake Factory has always been our go to place for lunch when we happen to be in the area which was recently the case. We sat at the bar as usual. We have never had a bad experience with a server at the bar, but on this visit that changed (7/28/2022). The server, at first, seemed somewhat friendly and attentive. But, as time went on, she was sullen, seemed angry, unhappy, and overall looking like she wanted to be some where else. She never asked us at first if we wanted bread. We eventually caught her eye and asked for some. Then our lunches came and that server asked if we wanted bread and we said yes. Several minutes later the bar server came with the bread and practically threw it on the table. Never asked us if we needed anything else (we would have asked for some salt and pepper if she had paid any attention to us), or said to enjoy our lunch. She never came back to ask how our lunches were. Never asked if we were good with wine. When finished she took our plates away and never asked if wanted anything else. When she brought back our credit card slip to sign, she put it on the table without even a thank you or have a nice day. Maybe she was upset because we asked the food server for bread also. But that is not a reason to treat us in an unfriendly manner. OK...understand that folks can have a bad day for whatever reason. But do not take it out on the customers. Additionally, my husband said that in the men 's room, one of the soap dispensers was empty, the other one was broken. This particular Cheesecake Factory needs better management in ensuring the rest rooms are not out of soap (and have workable dispensers), as well as coaching employees to be friendly to their customers."

"There's an old joke about Cheesecake Factory...despite their quite lengthy, multi-page menu, you can't find anything you want to eat. I'm not sure why that makes sense, but it wasn't my experience ordering delivery from them for dinner. Their full menu is available online, including all their cheesecake slices, AND including entire cheesecakes if you find yourself in a situation where you need an entire cheesecake. (These things happen We've been eating at one Cheesecake Factory or another since the dawn of time and we appreciate the generally consistent quality, frequent menu reinventions, and that yummy, yummy bread they give at the beginning. (Even with delivery On this particular order, my wife and I shared Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes off the Appetizers menu. (Which got me thinking, what really is the difference between the Small Plates Snacks and Appetizers menu?? These were delicious...lots of flavor with nicely sweet tamales. Also, and this time from the Small Plates Snacks menu, we got the Korean Fried Cauliflower. Also a yummy treat with a unique flavor profile done well. It seems you could eat over and over at Cheesecake Factory and not have the same meal twice...maybe that's the source of the joke...what kind of restaurant is this...American? International, all of the above...Like if you're in the mood for Italian you might pick an Italian restaurant and you'll have a pretty good idea of the dishes and flavor profiles you can choose from. Here you can literally get almost anything...breakfast, Italian, American, Small Plates, Tapas, Pizzas...it goes on and on...so one can understand, after the arduous task of finally deciding where to eat, arriving at Cheesecake Factory and realizing you have so many more decisions to make. Thankfully the quality is universally good so you almost can't go wrong. Choose wisely."

"A cute little establishment that I 've been meaning to stop by for almost a year. They have a limited selection of flavors but their fun seasonal flavors more than make up for the lack of options.What we got:Sampler 5* I loooove samplers. Nice team seems to only carry 6 flavors at a time so this is a great way to sample everything they have in store, perfect for a new customer like myself. While I didn 't all the flavors (see below) I did love the concept and being able to try everything. I do wish they were more conservative with the spoons. Each of the six flavors had its own spoon and I, for one, would 've been happy with just one spoon.Candy cane crunch 5* I was surprised how much I enjoyed this (I 've had bad candy cane ice cream before). It 's a very refreshing ice cream and I 'd get it again.Nutella 5* I feel like I 'm dipping my spoon into the Nutella jar and it 's wonderful!Cranberry craze 3.5 4* nice smooth ice cream and I loved the fresh cranberries.Vanilla chocolate chunk 3.5* a nice, basic vanilla with chocolate chunks. Really isn 't more to say.Apple pie 2.5* the flavoring felt pretty artificial, I wasn 't a fan. It 's almost like a chemical after taste. My partner does not taste the chemical after taste.Eggnog I don 't like eggnog so I give this 1*, but my partner who loves eggnog gives it 3 4* it 's exactly what you expect. If you like eggnog you 'll like this. It 's a fun way to eat eggnog but I 'm not drawn to it."

"I used to always order the farfalle pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and roasted garlic cream sauce at this restaurant for years. However, I haven't had it in a couple of years because every time I did, it was not prepared correctly and did not taste like how it used to. After two years, I decided to give it another try, but once again, there was no cream sauce at all. Instead, my noodles, veggies, and mushrooms were drowning in oil. The menu described a garlic cream sauce, but there was no cream to be found, just an excessive amount of oil."

"Okay, let's eat and drink...• drink strawberry infused margarita: this is a pleasant light summer drink. the strawberry was not overwhelming, and overall delicious, but no one has to do for me. coconut mojito: omg. amazing! by far my favorite drink here. it is super refreshing, the aromas of cocosnuss, minze, rum and lime compliment of each other for a very satisfying experience. that's definitiw my drink. absolutely in love with this drink.• Eatspic cashew chicken: this dish was not as good as we had hoped. it was a little dry, and simply did not give us the satisfaction of eating in a high quality restaurant. we put it on the side and split the chicken madeira. Chicken madeira: this plate was not only for two very hungry people, but it was full of great aromen, and so well it made them want to eat it until they were stuffed. everything on this plate was absolutely skurril! I recommend loading her kartoffels. Do not miss the additional aromas of the quality. stuffed mushrooms: make them please and try it. it is a small plate of six, but it is worth having every bite they take. yummy! brot and butter: this is not a sweat! forget the kohlen und kalorien for the day! let them have a piece or more. that's free. Enjoy it! oreo cheesecake: we have a slice stuffed because we were stuffed. that was so good! one must try. service: the service was not bad, but I think I was just a little thrown away from the amount of workers who displayed the body language of a worker who was not happy to be at work. it wasn't exactly busy when we visited. I would have enjoyed the atmosphere a little more if the staff wore smiles and were more inviting. the exchange is important! enjoys!"

"I had a very disappointing experience with my salad at Cheesecake today. I usually love the almond-crusted salmon salad and have enjoyed it many times before, but tonight was a different story. The salmon was almost nonexistent. I understand that supplies can be limited, but for a $20 salad, I expected more salmon. To make matters worse, there were no almonds in it; it was just a mess. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she only brought me some crushed almonds, but that didn’t resolve the issue. We had to just accept it as it was."

"I love coming to this restaurant for their delicious Fried Mac n’ Cheese Balls. They always come out perfectly crispy on the outside with a creamy, soft bite of Mac n’ Cheese inside – the best texture combination in my opinion. Additionally, we tried the Chicken Pot Stickers in a tasty Soy Ginger Sesame Sauce. Normally I’m not a fan of potstickers with sauce, but these two paired together harmoniously. For our main dishes, we ordered Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken and a Thai Chicken Salad. The Fettuccini Alfredo was rich and creamy with a flavorful Parmesan sauce. The Thai Chicken Salad was decent, although I wouldn’t order it again due to not liking the vermicelli in it. I felt the different textures didn’t complement each other well. Despite that, it was still a delightful meal overall!"

"Had lunch at this Cheesecake Factory with my fiancée. It was our first time to this particular one in Hillsdale Mall. Axel, our server, provided us with excellent service. He kept us stocked with warm Cheesecake Factory bread which tastes fantastic especially with some butter spread on it. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta and fiancée ordered the Almond Crusted Salmon Salad portions sizes were large and generous. Frankly we could’ve ordered 1 entree between the two of us! Both dishes were fresh and delicious. It was a special occasion for us so our server prepared a slice of Oreo Cheesecake with a special message for my fiancée upon my request. Overall, 5/5 experience!"

"Was I back in Philly? I can honestly say this place has the best cheeses outside of Philly! I was very surprised and very happy! The bread was soft and fresh, the meat well cooked and plentiful, the cheese creamy and gooey, and the paprika onions cooked for perfection, the pumice were crispy and seasoned, the meal was completely delicious. The gentleman behind the checkout has never been with Philly, so not Philly terminology (a widow with , he won't understand. But he's very nice... no attitude as you get at Pat's or Gino's in Philly. Actually, it was like taking the best of Pat's and Gino's and mixing them to make a Cheesesteak Factory Cheesesteak! Rocky would stop and get himself one, sure! The price was extremely affordable. The restaurant is a bit a hole in the wall (clean and in a good part of the city simple and small, but the food.... It is worth stopping! I will make sure that I return at any time when I am in the mood for a Philly experience (without the lines or attitude: Get five of me!"

We had a group of seven and experienced only a brief wait. The menu is extensive—almost double the length of a typical diner menu—so I recommend taking a look at it before your visit. While you won't need to memorize it (which would be nearly impossible), familiarizing yourself with the options can make ordering easier when you arrive. The servers are professional and composed, providing flawless service. I have no complaints about the food; everything was very good. The portions were quite large (at least for me), and we ended up taking leftovers home from every dish. Desserts are a highlight here; even if you think you've had enough to eat, you'll want to order one. I was pleasantly surprised to find the desserts light and not overly sweet, which is perfect in my opinion. I was there for a birthday celebration, and one of the cake slices arrived with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate sauce on the plate—a lovely touch that made our visit special. I also noticed an actual chef in his whites, equipped with temperature gauges and other tools, assisting and guiding the staff to efficiently clear and set tables. This is a clear sign of a well-run restaurant, even if it is a chain. The space itself is quite large and designed to resemble an industrial factory, complete with big columns. It's decorated with sparkling ceiling lights and warm, somewhat dim lighting, which creates a cozy yet glamorous atmosphere. Overall, I was impressed with my experience and would recommend it."
