"I ordered the Steak Diane, which features medallion-cut steaks topped with a wine and mushroom sauce, accompanied by mashed potatoes. I asked for my steaks to be cooked medium rare, but unfortunately, they came out well done. On the positive side, the steaks were tender, and the wine sauce had a slightly sweet flavor. However, I found the mashed potatoes to be bland and ended up adding a lot of salt to them. A guest at the adjacent table even mentioned she had to do the same with her meal. My husband ordered a pizza dish, which he enjoyed, while my aunt tried the fish tacos but only ate one of the four, as they apparently lacked flavor. We decided to skip dessert on this visit. Overall, I would rate our experience a 4 out of 5. Our waitress was fantastic—prompt, genuine, funny, and attentive. She efficiently refilled our water glasses without us having to ask and was observant enough to address our needs promptly. I appreciated her helpful suggestions on drinks and food while we were ordering; it’s frustrating to be in a restaurant with a server who replies with “I don’t know” or “I don’t eat here.” It always makes me question whether I should dine there myself. Enjoy your day at the Galleria and don’t miss out on visiting the Cheesecake Factory!"

Customer service was fair, surrounding was clean and professionally noted. Cashier was not very kind nor friendly, she truly did not encourage me to ask her any more questions about the cakes. View menu

Always tasty. Visiting from out of town so we went somewhere consistent. The service at the bar is top notch. Very helpful and knowledgeable the drinks and food. Cannot go wrong with the chicken and waffles. Also the jw pink lemonade.

Fantastic cakes, many options. Do not see calories while you are here. A piece of cake can take care of calories all day. Fine food seems to be very popular here. Expect a good waiting time for the fine food. We decided to withdraw. No ice-free cakes, so I couldn't have one. My family and friends enjoyed the pastries and cakes immensely. I hope they will soon add egg without cake to their menu. View menu

The staff was super friendly and nice. Our waitress (Stephanie was the best. The appetizers were so good, especially the Buffalo blast and the fried Mac and cheese balls. For the main dish I got the crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp. It was alright but I won?t get it again. It was just too sweet for me. For dessert, I got the Cinnabon cinnamon swirl cheesecake. The best cheesecake I have ever had from there. It was so good. I highly recommend it. Overall I had a good experience :

Always a top spot when it comes to fine dining. The drinks arrived on time and they were delicious! I tried a different pasta dish with chicken that was pretty good. I just didn?t see a lot of chicken in the dish and it could be because things aren?t what they used to be since the pandemic. Nevertheless my dish was fulfilling and my guest was 100% satisfied. It had been a little over a year since I have had cheesecake factory due to pandemic restrictions but I am glad I tried it again because it was wonderful.

"My boyfriend and I came to this place during our visit to St. Louis after reading rave reviews about it online. We went in well-dressed and excited with high expectations, but unfortunately were left feeling extremely disappointed and underwhelmed. Dining at the restaurant definitely taught us a lot about the ozark history. I have a lot of respect for the time and enthusiasm the owner put into researching the history, arranging youtube videos, and conveying this information to the guests. His concerns about the environment and zero-waste efforts are also very laudable. His direct interactions with all of the guests and attempts to answer questions were refreshing. The food, however, was very lacking and mediocre. The concept of watching your food being made is fun and exciting. Understandably, they can’t make everything and plenty is prepared in advance. Except they really didn’t seem to make much of anything at all. A few grilled mushrooms here, and a delicate but also pompous plating there and that’s it. I know there’s probably a kitchen in the back and they work throughout the day as most kitchens do, but this gaudy element of pseudo showmanship missed a serious mark. Again, that’s fine. It’s an aesthetic and part of the bulrush experience. What annoys me is the price tag and the faint whiff of haughtiness that comes with it. The kitchen hands also looked apathetic, disinterested, and lacked focus. They didn’t look like professional chefs, just professional food assemblers. I did not trust that they knew to prepare food properly and that was evident in what was eventually served. The food was either too plain, too sour, too salty, or overall a very big disappointment. The steak had so many big chunks of fat in it that I was only able to eat about half of it. The poissants were cute but definitely not something I would pay that much money for, especially given that there were only about two small pieces of it on our plates. The beets, brussel sprouts, asparagus, fried onions that we were served, I can find and reproduce in my own kitchen. For the amount of money we paid, I expected a lot more flavor, unique ingredients, and creativity. I asked the owner why Ozark and he admitted it was an entrepreneurial strategy to stand out. He loved to repeat to our audience that night that “no one else” is doing it! Well when you taste the food you can kinda see why? I can’t deny though that the chefs know how to make something look appetizing in pictures. That’s what initially attracted us to the restaurant. The pretty platings and colorfully spectacular arrangements were what got us in the door. The experience has been worth it in the sense that for all that we paid for, we got a good lesson to not eat with our eyes, and a funny story to tell our friends back at home."
