"It seems there was some confusion regarding my order; I had requested a western burger but was offered a vegetarian option instead. When I declined the vegetarian burger, they replaced it with a regular burger that didn’t come with the usual western toppings. Despite this mix-up, the food was delicious overall. So, aside from the mistake, it was an excellent experience!"

"4 of us dined at Brown Dog on a Saturday evening. I had specifically asked if we could dine outdoors. There were many outdoor tables available. The host told me “possibly” when I asked about dining outside, but then we were seated indoors without any explanation. Here it was a beautiful evening be they stuck us in a dimly lit corner. Which would have been fine if it was the only table available but that didn’t appear to be the case. We weren’t too far from the kitchen and it was very loud. It sounded like trays of dishes were being dropped off every couple of minutes. The food was good, but not something we can’t wait to eat again."

"We order our Sunday morning breakfast here almost every week. Whatever we order is either good or excellent. Pancake, cheese omelet, eggs stirred eggs or sunny side up they were all good. We always call in order and when we arrive there, it is usually ready on the pickup table. I've never eaten there, but in the weekend morning when I go, there are usually a number of people waiting for a table."

"One of my new favorite diners in nyc! I came one Saturday for brunch and the diner was packed. We grabbed a booth and ordered the vegetable omelette and corned beef hash. My omelette was stuffed with so many good veggies and the hash browns were a perfect golden brown. Not sure if you can tell by the picture but the portions are huge. A great bang for your buck if you are in a budget. Can't wait to visit again!"

"I know that they've been permanently closed this weekend, but considering that they have other locations, I thought there was more effort to give their local Ocranside gardeners a great last culinary experience. Service was bad, lasted almost 20 minutes to place a beverage order and our food was not even prepared for our order (good made burger, if we were rarely asked for medium). I doubt we'll visit all the other Urge sites."

"I understand that they were closing permanently this weekend, but given that they have other locations, I expected more effort to provide a great final dining experience for their local Oceanside customers. The service was disappointing; it took nearly 20 minutes to place our drink order, and our food was not prepared as requested (we ordered a medium rare burger but received it well done). After this experience, I doubt we will visit any other Urge locations."

"I ordered the Steak Diane, which features medallion-cut steaks topped with a wine and mushroom sauce, accompanied by mashed potatoes. I asked for my steaks to be cooked medium rare, but unfortunately, they came out well done. On the positive side, the steaks were tender, and the wine sauce had a slightly sweet flavor. However, I found the mashed potatoes to be bland and ended up adding a lot of salt to them. A guest at the adjacent table even mentioned she had to do the same with her meal. My husband ordered a pizza dish, which he enjoyed, while my aunt tried the fish tacos but only ate one of the four, as they apparently lacked flavor. We decided to skip dessert on this visit. Overall, I would rate our experience a 4 out of 5. Our waitress was fantastic—prompt, genuine, funny, and attentive. She efficiently refilled our water glasses without us having to ask and was observant enough to address our needs promptly. I appreciated her helpful suggestions on drinks and food while we were ordering; it’s frustrating to be in a restaurant with a server who replies with “I don’t know” or “I don’t eat here.” It always makes me question whether I should dine there myself. Enjoy your day at the Galleria and don’t miss out on visiting the Cheesecake Factory!"

"WOW! I am like absolutely shocked how amazing this place was! First off my family and I loved the decor and its rustic feel. We have never dined here before so we asked our server (noel) on the rundown. First she is super friendly, warm, and treated my son (3yrold) like he was hers. She knew how to treat a toddler and what to order for him and that made our dinner SO much more relaxing. I ordered the steak and my wife the waygu burger and WOW- Its the best one in the city. Noel SOLD us on the aoli that comes with the meal (we are not an aoli couple) but SHEESH it was so good we took one to go! Frontier is a hidden gem and I cant wait to come on a sunday for a NFL Saints game (per a hint from our server and bartender Joel). Love the staff (southern hospitality) and the well flavored hearty foods."

"First visit here and was very happy with it. Menu was huge...many choices. For a diner, it was was very clean inside. This isnt your typical greasy spoon. Waiter was friendly and the food was very good. I had the Italian Burger with a side of fries. Burger was not a sopping greasy mess but was tasty, with a good amount of toppings. I had a cup of coffee as well. .. waiter brought out a mug of coffee! Even the coffee was tasty...not burnt old jo. Btw the way at the table was a sign advertising bottles of wine at prices that you usually don't see in a restaurant. This place has been here a long time, wish I had come here sooner! As an afterthought.. If the chefs there read this.. add some hot pickled cherry peppers to that Italian Burger for a real winning alternative."

"In the final hours before the dining room shutdown it would not be a fair time to judge any restaurant but since this when I went, a first time, it's what I can base this on. And on that, it was very good. A multitime fan of next door sister Ace Eat Serve, we never came here for no good reason other than a dinner menu, our usual meal out, being more limited. But for this, lunch, it was perfect and probably would be for dinner too. Service was great, the lobster roll terrific and the menus and photos of the namesake in Boston on the wall owner's great uncle I read made me wonder in that my Grandfather had a men's clothing store less than blocks away for decades and probably had a meal there, maybe clothing some of the employees or more. Can't wait to visit in normal times and really see how good Steuben's is"

"After reading the reviews about the same thing on repeat along with the manager replying with the same answer as follows: Sorry for the disappointing experience, we will talk to the staff and improve communication that clearly isn't happening on any level. Honestly it's so sad that something so small can't get attention to be resolved and be able to improve business/customer service. Unfortunately I cannot leave less than a one star. Decided to go out for dinner checked in was told the wait was 30-40 we agreed to wait. After 30mins we started noticing people after us with large parties 6+ down to couples being seated, I went up to talk to the gal at the counter and got a bunch of excuses, the lady said well for some reason your name/number didn't register but it didn't take you off the list. I saw this and wasn't sure what happen...(so it didn't cross your mind to fix the issue? Just wait until someone comes up to question the wait? That's wild) So it's going to be another 20mins, we are quoting people 30-40mins. I fully understand what you are quoting people but all these people have come in after us and we are still standing here, not one single person left in this room came in before us. Just received more excuses!!! So my BF went up and talk to them to receive more excuses. She told him I am going down the list and you are next. She said at anytime you guys could have sat at the center section of the bar. As he replied at what moment was anybody going to mention that? From the time we checked in to going up to the front desk not once did anyone tell us that we could self seat in the middle. Right after he walked back over a couple was called back that came in much after us. So we walked out this place is an absolute joke and definitely needs to improve on customer service/communication on many levels!"

"This was a disappointing experience. First I called to add a friend who came from out of town to our reservation. I was told there was no room and all the seats were reserved. Major lie. The restaurant was less than 50% occupied the entire time we were there. Second when we arrived at the hostess stand another staff member came over and in a not so polite tone and asked (told) us to hold on while they were resolving another matter. It would've taken less than a minute to seat us and matter discussed (in front of us as we waited) was non-urgent and could've waited. Third the food was so-so. I give them credit for the decor but they need to work on their people skills. I would've left when they sat us down but we were meeting new friends and I had to pay a deposit. With so many options in NOLA to dine at, I won't be dining here again."

"I was thrown away from the name I thought it would have something in the connection with the movie, but nothing. okay, now to eat, I had the meat lover skill and it tasted delicious. really good amount of meat and the kartoffels are delicious. the French toast is surprisingly large, not the small bread pieces. very good and soft comes with butter and syrup. the avocado toast tasted pretty good on roggenbrot. what really tasted good was also the strawberry jam. it looks freshly made, so make sure that it actually try on her toast, it is very good. the prizes are kind of high, but you like will thank them."

"I've been to Cheesecake Factory before a long time ago not this location however and wasn't really impressed with anything. In my honest opinion I always felt it was severely overrated, however I recently went to this location and my tune has certainly changed. I was able to make a reservation for two on a Friday night so there was zero wait and had a very nice time. The restaurant was very clean, service was top notch, staff were friendly and professional. The jambalaya I ordered was absolutely delicious and I would certainly order it again."
