I told her that I had received permission from the staff to collect it on Friday instead. She argued that the staff member had made a mistake by allowing this change.I didn't call back on Friday, but the assistant manager reached out to me again, expressing frustration that the order hadn't been picked up yet and insisting I do so immediately. She basically threatened to discard the cake and complained about the lack of space in the refrigeration due to my order. The birthday party was on March 1st.
