"H H Family Bay what does that even mean? RIP Hungry Harry’s. It certainly wasn’t the greatest BBQ restaurant. Famous for its hit or miss food quality and service so laughably bad management had to print shirts for their staff to wear saying; be nice to our servers or eat at home. I’ll never be eating here again, that’s for sure. New ownership and staff are somehow less competent than before with an unnecessarily revamped menu including Vietnamese style egg spring rolls and pho (at a barbecue restaurant, seriously), and all kinds of overpriced, elaborate, and unappetizing sounding sandwiches, burgers, salads, and nachos, nothing close to barbecue. All you can eat chicken and ribs have been my go-to for the 5 plus years I’ve been eating here, which they’ve now done away with. I ordered the st. louis ribs, fries, mac cheese, and a corn muffin which was more expensive than the old all you can eat deal. The ribs were mostly fat and so tough my jaw got tired of chewing, and so dry not even bbq sauce could give them flavor, which our waitress had to check if they even had bbq sauce since they were phasing out the menu. My fries were overcooked like they sat in the fryer too long, then sat out all evening and got thrown in the microwave, the mac cheese was a dry, spongy abomination I didn’t dare to touch, and I received a piece of stale, rock hard garlic toast instead of my corn muffin. I didn’t even bother complaining, there seemed like there wasn’t an adult manager on site considering the entire staff were teenage girls that spent the majority of the time I was at the restaurant up at the front counter gossiping and complaining about other shifts. I barely ate any of my food and asked for my check and waited long enough watching my sever chat at the counter that I had to walk up to the counter to get my check, and ask some random girls that were friends of the waitresses to move so I could pay my check. Change isn’t a bad thing, but this is ridiculous. Thanks for the disgusting, unfinished meal and the abysmal service. I hope the new owners fail and never financially recover from this. They deserve it."
