"I'm not sure if this feedback will reach the restaurant, but it definitely should. We visited tonight to celebrate my friend's 23rd birthday, and I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about the service since the place was packed. However, all my doubts vanished once we met our waiter, Brandon. He mentioned he had only been there for two weeks, but he was fantastic! He was friendly and always ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, largely thanks to him."

"Went in for a Mother’s Day Celebration! It started off well as far as getting our drinks, our appetizer and order in but service by our server was slow and frustrating. Had to ask him multiple times for things. At the end, he asked us if we had room for dessert and we indicated no and that we were done. All our plates were empty. We were waiting for the check but waited over five minutes for it. Then he came by again asking if we were all done and responded again and asked for the check. He dropped it off quickly, but when we had our payment out, he walked by it three times and ignored it. So we had to flag him down. Kind of a poor service experience for our first visit but the FOOD WAS AMAZING!"

"One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The staff was so pleasant even while another lady changed her order 4 times after it was sent to the kitchen. The two staff members were running back and forth between the kitchen each time to make update it at her whim. And then she got upset at the wait and after complicating her initial order of a union and fish sandwich. Staff was very patient with her (better than I would have been, felt bad for them for having to deal with such a horribly rude lady). And then as she was leaving with her updated order for the 5th time she called them both vulgar names."
