"1. The takeout boxes didn’t have vent holes, so everything arrived looking soggy and far from crispy. 2. The grease hadn’t been changed in ages; the flavor matched the unappetizing color. 3. The BBQ sauce tasted like chunky ketchup—just like a flavored store-bought ketchup. 4. The cheese curds were so tough that they were nearly impossible to chew. 5. The buffalo shrimp was the only redeeming item; I’d rate it a 7/10. In total, I spent $60 for 10 wings, cheese curds, onion rings, and the buffalo shrimp appetizer. This place clearly has zero standards in the kitchen."

I booked a reservation by 1 clock on 12/29/18 for 6 clock on the same day for 10 people. when our party arrived at 5:55 clock, the restaurant was packed and the host had to look for tables to put us. after approx. 30 minutes we finally sat. Why even make a reservation if we finally have to wait for some wise?

I was eager to catch a performance by Suburban Fear and had never visited Wild Wings before. The staff was fantastic in helping us secure a great table for our large group to enjoy the band. The service was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was for a wing place. We had a wonderful evening and I would definitely return. I don't know if it comes back to the restaurant, but it should. we went to my friends 23rd birthday this evening and were somehow skeptical as the service would be because it was packed. all my skepsis went away when I met our waiter brandon, he said he was only there two weeks, but he was amazing! he was friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. overall great experience because of him .

I'm not sure if this feedback will reach the restaurant, but it definitely should. We visited tonight to celebrate my friend's 23rd birthday, and I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about the service since the place was packed. However, all my doubts vanished once we met our waiter, Brandon. He mentioned he had only been there for two weeks, but he was fantastic! He was friendly and always ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, largely thanks to him.
