"We were in town for a medical appointment and were trying to decide where to eat. We tentatively decided on Pappy's, since that's what our grand-daughter calls my husband, lol! Then when we were in the elevator at our clinic, we overheard the couple next to us say they were eating there because it's so good! My husband got a taco salad and said it was fair, not fantastic. He will try something else next time. I got a bleu burger, with coleslaw on the side. I had the waitress, Tasha, bring the coleslaw first. It was to die for! Some of the best coleslaw I've ever had. Then she brought me a huge Bleu Moon burger slathered with bleu cheese, mushrooms, bacon and crispy onions. One of the best things I ever ate and I devoured the whole darn thing. (I certainly wouldn't eat like that too often, lol. Tasha brought catsup on the side and I didn't even use it, would have been overkill. I saw someone sharing a delicious looking dessert of fried cinnamon covered tortillas, topped with cheesecake, chocolate sauce, strawberries and blueberries, and whipped cream. (See photo. Tasha was a wonderful server, very friendly and prompt. I hope to go back some time. I only wish they were closer to our town!"
