"I took myself out last night to celebrate and, wanting to try somewhere I had never been, I chose Firebirds, and I am so glad that I did. Dinner here was fantastic! Our server was attentive, quick and polite. The jalapeno deviled eggs were as delicious as I had hoped they would be and the lemon drop martini was on point! My steak, filet wrapped in bacon, was cooked perfectly and the parmesan mashed potatoes complimented it well. The spinach salad really hit the spot. I'll be back ;"

"A friend and I just finished doing the Macedonia Brook Loop Trail (highly recommend! and we were ravenous with hunger! We totally lost track of time and found ourselves stuck in that window of time between lunch and dinner that’s a big ? In regards to the kitchen being open or not. Clearly they were between lunch and dinner service and the place was empty aside from a patron sitting at the bar. As soon as an employee noticed us they were very pleasant and didn’t blink an eye inviting us to chose a table of our liking. No sooner did we break the ice with the server in regaling then with our hiking travails and asserting how hungry we were it seemed that ice water was already being poured into pristine glasses! We quickly put in an order, including a freshly made table side Cesar salad for 2 (highly recommend ! Everything came out quickly, cooked just right and well presented! I love the rustic ambience of this place! Rustic yet complimented with white linen table compliments! Thank you for greeting us with such warmth and for the wonderful food and service! "I attended a World of Drum and Bass event during Miami Music Week, and I had an absolutely fantastic and unforgettable experience! The indoor and outdoor spaces were excellent, although I would appreciate having more fans outside to keep things comfortable. The bartenders were incredibly sweet and friendly! Lake took care of me throughout the evening, and she was a wonderful host. I also had a male bartender at the start of the night, but I sadly forgot to catch his name; he wore glasses and was just as great. Although they didn't offer any non-alcoholic beer, I managed with sugar-free Red Bulls and canned water throughout the night. I must commend the staff for their phenomenal work in clearing away empty and abandoned drinks. Everyone was really dedicated to keeping the place clean, especially given the chaotic atmosphere. Overall, thank you for an epic evening with outstanding service. I hope to return someday to try the food!"

"The food was enjoyable, but the service left something to be desired. Upon entering, we were greeted with a simple "hi" before waiting over 15 minutes for a waiter to attend to us. We noticed three waitresses, including the one assigned to our table, lingering near the outdoor seating area during this time. Another waitress seemed preoccupied with her phone, while the bartender was left to handle multiple tasks at once. Our appetizer arrived before our drinks, which was slightly frustrating. Although the salad remained fresh, there wasn't enough space on the table for all of the dishes at once. Overall, there is room for improvement in the service department at this restaurant."

"My family and I went out for brunch here yesterday around 1pm. None of us had been there before. The place was pretty clean, and well put together. So we were shocked that the food was extremely mediocre. The worst part about the experience was that a decent amount of our order was served to us at less than food-safe temperature. I personally ordered a waffle and a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. The waffle was nowhere near warm, which was unpleasant, but not necessarily a safety hazard. The soup was completely lukewarm. I kindly asked the server to heat the soup back up. She took it back and returned with it a little warmer a bit later. The portion sizes were pretty small. My brother and I both ordered a waffle and we both received only 3 out of the 4 waffle parts. I'm not sure if they just figure most people don't eat the 4th quarter, or what. But it just came across as cheap to me. Overall, I won't be eating here again. It wasn't the biggest pocket buster. My bill for my fiance and I was around $27, including tip. But I'd honestly rather just go get Chipotle. At least I know my food will be served to me at the correct temperature."

"I went for a late lunch today and had Nolan as my server, who was incredibly helpful. He made some excellent recommendations for food and wine, as well as gave me some suggestions for things to do in the area. I ordered the flounder tacos, which were generously filled with enough fish to enjoy some bites on their own and still have a perfect amount for a delicious double tortilla taco. I like my tacos with a bit of spice, so Nolan brought out some house-made salsa for me to try, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. They also have a great wine selection. To finish off my meal, I had their crème brûlée, which was perfect. My total bill came to $38 before tip for wine, meal, and dessert. Overall, I am very happy I decided to check out this restaurant."

"We stayed in east tulsa last Friday night and this place came up for oysters on the half shell. From the beginning: the phone was answered perfectly and our reservations were taken so happily and with a touch of humor. It looks nice from the outside. We were immediately greeted when we opened the door and within seconds were taken to our table. I love jazz. They have it playing at the perfect volume for nice background music. This is fine dining. Because they have fish flown in twice a day to their seafood market next door, everything is fresh. The wonderful assortment of oysters had us practically giggly!!! Our waitress recommended the New Zealand oysters which we'd never had. Amazing!!! Best I've ever tasted even when on the coast. I had shrimp lobster bisque and my fiancé had the clam chowder. Both were excellent but we liked the chowder best. The salads were beautiful BUT the lettuces had a bit of a chemical taste. The other ingredients were fresh and crisp with the goat cheese creamy and tart. The crusted salmon on a bed of crab risotto was delicious! Our drinks never went down an inch without being filled and our waitress was attentive without being intrusive. At the end she brought us a creme brûlée w fruit as a gift in the house. Then the manager came to our table asking if we'd enjoyed our meal. We were able to honestly say it was a truly great experience. However my fiancé is a business man and quietly confided his opinion of the lettuce. The mgr thanked him saying that's what he needed to know and offered to remove it from our bill. We declined saying it was still a fantastic experience and well worth it. He hurried back to fix the lettuce problem. Within minutes he came back with a gift wrapped pecan spice cake for us as a thank you. The staff are cheerful, the ambience is elegant yet comfortable and the food is amazing. "I wanted to go to Dos Riccos since they opened last Saturday and finally made it. It really left me worried about the state of the restaurant business in general, because this is a great place with really high-quality Mexican food, for which we were the only table at 8 a.m. on a Saturday night. The setting is very comfortable and it sits more than it would appear from outside. And their kitchen is quite large and well ordered, so they can probably produce such good food. We shared a hot seafood salad octopus, mussels, Calamari, which had an enormous savory sauce with just the right bite of hotness as well as a sea red tuna on a bed of shaped sushi rice and freshly cut avocados. The tuna was very fresh and perfectly thought and the presentation on the plate was very artistic. It should also be noted that their chips are made at home and a treat for themselves. There is a creative and talented cook here and I hope more people use this neighborhood chess before it disappears. Next time, I will try their Asian inspired Mexican dishes, like Kalbi Tacos."
