"I've been a regular at other Huong Lan locations on Fresno and Kings Canyon for years, ordering the same items, and we've never had an issue with our food arriving at similar times, even during their busiest hours.
Before posting this review, I spoke with the cashier/waiter while paying and politely provided feedback on how to improve their service and enhance the customer experience. I suggested that they should aim to serve all members of a party around the same time so that everyone can enjoy their meal together, rather than one person eating while the other is left waiting (we might as well have sat at separate tables, as if we were solo diners). He responded similarly and suggested that we let them know next time so they could "accommodate" us. I clarified that we weren't asking for a special accommodation; it's just common good business practice.
If they accidentally overlooked my daughter’s order, being honest about it would go a long way—mistakes happen. My advice? Skip this location unless you're okay with potentially having to eat at different times."
