Delicious lunch and great service. Garlic noodles with shaking beef. Rice plate with pork. Pork spring rolls. We'll be back. (Not sure why the website says they're temporarily closed).

I grab coffee here when I'm not feeling hungry. Parking can be a bit tight. The food is excellent. I usually order a drink to enjoy on-site and also place an order for tomorrow morning. I'm happy to spend a little extra.

I’ve given this restaurant and this chain several tries. The meat always tastes funny, the pho is cold, the service is mediocre at best. I’ve even tried to dilute the taste with spices and and sauces and it’s not worth it.Some of their menu options aren’t available.I recommend SaiBaiDee and Lime N Basil. View menu

My family and I always get our pho here and it was our favorite place to order all of our foods. This place is not the same anymore like how it used to be. For some reason, their foods doesn’t taste the same especially their pho broth it has no flavor and it taste all water down. I’ve given them so many tries and I’m so disappointed!

This place has really nice staff. The menus are at the counter and on the wall beside the counter (at least for the sandwiches) which makes it easy to order. They have great options of food and the boba drinks are great.Kid-friendliness: There are many size options and high chair for children.Parking: There’s about 20-30 parking spots and other parking spots all around.

On June 26 around 2pm, my wife and I went there for 2 Viet Sandwiches and 2 drinks. The restaurant took 55 minutes to get the Sandwiches ready. They served 3 other people that ordered to go sandwiches on the spot. 3 other people picked up to go orders. A family of 5 got their order of Pho 45 minutes after we ordered. I went with my family to this restaurant. Upon walking in a girl between the front counter and seating area would not move and asked us to get our own menus from the counter. We seated ourselves. There were 3 dirty tables present. After a while someone did clean them but along with our condiments on the table, nothing was wiped down. There were food splash marks over everything. My husband was not blown away with his pho dinner, didn’t even finish the broth. He also tried and didn’t like or finish the shrimp/beef spring rolls. My daughter ordered chicken fried rice. I called in an order and accidentally went to the wrong location. When I got the correct location a few miles away, my sandwiches were on the counter but my fried rice wasn't ready. I asked if the sandwiches were mine and since I already paid and tipped for my order. I wanted to eat my sandwiches while I waited and take them out to the car for my hungry family. They told me they were not ready. After just under one hour wait that was supposed to be 20 minutes, he hands me those same sandwiches that have been sitting there for over 40 minutes. I've been a regular at other Huong Lan locations on Fresno and Kings Canyon for years, ordering the same items, and we've never had an issue with our food arriving at similar times, even during their busiest hours. Before posting this review, I spoke with the cashier/waiter while paying and politely provided feedback on how to improve their service and enhance the customer experience. I suggested that they should aim to serve all members of a party around the same time so that everyone can enjoy their meal together, rather than one person eating while the other is left waiting (we might as well have sat at separate tables, as if we were solo diners).
