"I placed an order for two burgers (a shark burger and a salmon burger) over the phone around 9 PM, and I confirmed that they could be prepared since the restaurant closes at 10 PM. My friend picked up the order at 9:35, but when he arrived, the staff informed him that one of the burgers couldn't be made. Despite this, he agreed to take the other burger.
When he returned, I opened the bag to find only two orders of soggy, cold sweet potato fries. I'm not one to usually write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. It baffles me that I was put on hold only to be told that the order could be completed, only to be treated this way upon pickup.
I expect better communication. They could have called me back or simply informed me that the salmon burger wasn't available. I would have appreciated knowing that upfront and could have chosen to go somewhere else that was still open. Instead, I feel like I was ripped off for something I had already paid for.
My friend recommended this place, and since it was my first visit, I expected a better experience. Instead, you've lost my business and my interest in returning. Sorry, not sorry."
