"I placed an order for two burgers (a shark burger and a salmon burger) over the phone around 9 PM, and I confirmed that they could be prepared since the restaurant closes at 10 PM. My friend picked up the order at 9:35, but when he arrived, the staff informed him that one of the burgers couldn't be made. Despite this, he agreed to take the other burger. When he returned, I opened the bag to find only two orders of soggy, cold sweet potato fries. I'm not one to usually write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. It baffles me that I was put on hold only to be told that the order could be completed, only to be treated this way upon pickup. I expect better communication. They could have called me back or simply informed me that the salmon burger wasn't available. I would have appreciated knowing that upfront and could have chosen to go somewhere else that was still open. Instead, I feel like I was ripped off for something I had already paid for. My friend recommended this place, and since it was my first visit, I expected a better experience. Instead, you've lost my business and my interest in returning. Sorry, not sorry."

The food is good, but they really need to improve their hiring for the cashiers. Every time I visit, I feel unwelcome, and the customer service is lacking.

For the price it surely was not worth it. The fries were hard,the smallest piece of fish they could find and six baby shrimp’s that were overcooked. Disappointing this used to be one of my favorite spots. View menu

The fries were a bit undercooked (hard) but other than that this place does not disappoint. I normally get the grilled shrimp but this time i decided to try the fried shrimp as well. The fried shrimp was really good!

Everything was excellent. I ordered the shark burger, BBQ beef ribs, and shrimp salad, all of which were delicious. I highly recommend this place! The only downside was the sorrel juice, which had a strong clover flavor that I didn't enjoy.

Spicy fried wings were DELICIOUS, so fresh and tasty. The sauces were amazing, reminds me of back home. Its really the garlic sauce for me!!! Fries were good too. Everytime I want a taste of back home, I order from here. Definitely one of my favorite spots. Never disappoints!!! View menu

The Shrimp and Chips was great. My daughter always enjoy the chips. The Chicken Burger was a amazing, it was so crispy and juicy at the same time. The Trini-Chinese Style Wings are my favorite and order that every time. It never disappoints. I tried the Chicken Salad it was so good. It was savory and sweet with the mango chunks in it. My order is always on point with Island Trini Burger.

This food was sooooo good. The fish and chips?? The tilapia (or cod) was to die for along with the white garlic sauce they have (get 3). The fries were nasty and not what I expected. But at the end of the day, they forgot a whole other meal in our stapled bag and we were no longer in the area when we started eating. Thankfully got the money back, but double check your bags before leaving!
