"Once my date arrived, he did warm up a bit while taking our order for drinks and dinner, but he still fell short of providing good service. And the food? It was absolutely terrible. Things only got worse from there. I don’t know what happened to that first bartender, as I don’t remember seeing him again that night. The next bartender was a complete disappointment.
He was younger, and right away I noticed his friends came in and sat next to us at the bar. They were loud, obnoxious, and quite drunk. Instead of managing the situation, he focused all his attention on them, completely neglecting us and the other customers. I had to restrain myself from confronting those two bothersome loudmouths as well as the bartender. At one point, I even considered sarcastically asking one of them if they could ask their buddy behind the bar to get us a drink!
By the end of the night, I should have demanded that our entire meal and drinks be comped. The staff and management should have stepped in and kicked those two out, and I believe that bartender should be fired! It’s safe to say I won’t be returning!"
