"Perhaps it was their first night open? In hindsight, we should have thought twice before staying, considering the lack of a crowd, but we had great company, were hungry, and had heard good things, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it will definitely be our last visit.
We waited over an hour for our appetizers, and we had three young children with us! I've never experienced such a long wait before. There was a complete lack of communication from both the kitchen and the waitstaff. We also waited half an hour JUST for our drinks. Strangely, tables seated next to us received their entrees before we even got our appetizers, and again, it wasn't a busy night.
When we finally received our food, it was disappointing and pricey. I figured they might at least comp our drinks due to the long wait, but that wasn't the case. They didn't deduct even a penny from our bill. With so many excellent dining options in town, this experience was simply not acceptable."
